>tfw got sick of the game after 15 hours of gametime and most of that was just frustration, dying to grenades, fighters dropping explosives (which is bullshit, literally no point using any other plane), snipers up the ass, medic class is fucking worthless, shotguns overpowered as hell and the list goes on.
Also why the fuck is vehicle customization easily available only using the "companion app"? What the fuck were they thinking. What an unfinished piece of shit of a game.

I had a similar feeling about BF4 when it was released, but most of my issues with that were technical issues.
BF1 is just a boring, frustrating turd with terrible maps, little to no guns and neat visuals I guess.
I hate to use the term "dumbed down", but boy is prettymuch everything dumbed down.
Into the trash it goes.

See you guys maybe after about 6months when the game hopefully has made some major changes to the gameplay (which it wont) assuming the game won't be dead (which it will be).

I wish DICE had put in WW1 music and more trench warfare, cause playing BF1 doesn't feel like I'm playing a WW1 game, it just feels like I'm playing a WW2 game with older guns, and a big reason is cause DICE put so much effort into affirmative action and pointless shit, and so little into a decent array of ww1 weapons for each class, and more effort into trench warfare, and more effort into ww1 period music and character customization like different boots, coats, helmets and masks, packs, etc, to help with immersion and atmosphere, as well as giving the player more to progress towards so the game doesn't become so stale

60,000 XP per level, and you only get 1-2 tanks per map, so I waste half the game waiting for a spawn, then get zergrushed by assaults after a couple of minutes when I finally do spawn.

It's a VRAM memory leak.

I have a GTX 1080 with 8 GB of VRAM and if I try to use the customisation menu that you can access outside of battles, it jumps to 100% of VRAM used and crashes. If I set render scale to 80% then it uses almost 100% and crawls at 15 FPS.

You just have to lower your settings.

They fucked up because instead of keeping an attachment system they went full retard and made """different""" weapons, also they held way too many weapons back for DLC. There should have been way more vanilla guns and properly spaced out and let's not forget about the badly needed balance patches.

The dust has settled and I think it's fair to say that EA's greediness is killing the community. Battlelog was a good platform and work most of the time, it was handy for browsing servers, adding favourites and seeing your info. The community tie-in was good too.

EA's switch to only EA hosted servers and a move away from GSP's is kind of killing the community and makes it harder than ever to play the mode/map you want. Not only is it expensive but customisation trash compared to the classic procon/rcon. Excusing all the trash scripts that ranked kiddies used to enable, it's now harder than ever to jump into a 24/7 amiens/argonne server to have some nice infy fun without being switched to suez and sinai (on the default rotation) suddenly.
The argument for the switch from public server files to GSP's to now EA only servers was ease of use and exploits, but I think someone else would at least agree that a part of the community has been torn out of the game. A little bit of what made battlefield fun is gone.

TLDR; You thought being able to rent a server for a day or two was the key to saving Battlefield? You were wrong.

I know there's fairfight, but it is next to useless. If you read up on what it does it only looks at player stats, meaning it will only catch out the cheaters that have insanely good stats, and also will false-flag really good players.

Fairfight doesn't catch out subtle cheaters, ones that use wallhacks/aimbots to get a massive advantage advantage but they still seem like they could be normal players. The game is absolutely riddled with them. It really annoys me when people insist that they've never met a cheater: there are a fuckload of them, people just don't notice they're there. I really wish I got the console version and I'm definitely not getting premium if DICE don't address this. I despise overwatch but at least that game has an incredible anti-cheat system. You'd think a titan of a company like EA could easily have something similar, but the greedy cunts can't be bothered to spend the money on it.

The bar has the fastest time to kill out of all LMG's at all ranges and all variants. So it is considered best in just raw damage. Its got good recoil when in movement.

Its great for throwing down coridors or in camping spots on objectives. Plus the fact you have an infinite amount of them is good. They do solid damage to tanks.
But if you don't like it then pick a crossbow of choice, tanks or infantry. Its like a riffle greande, but only 2 instead of more.
Mortar have their uses but not to many.
The repair tool sucks because tanks never coordinate with you and they'll let you die 90% of the time.
