I used to play a Warrior From Another Planet deck. Way to win was get Warrior out on the first turn, then stall for 40+ turns until your opponent runs out of cards, then if you're about to run out of cards, flip over localized tornado which shuffles your graveyard and hand back into your deck. I have had girls play at my locals. For a few months two sisters and their dad came to play for awhile. They never really competed well and then eventually quit. Years later we had another play for a year, she was better but not by much.
We get a lot of people who play once then never show back up. They are usually kids whose parents dropped then off with their school yard pocket deck(no sleeves all bent with exodia thrown in), and they have to leave mid way through. Sometimes meta players show up and its always funny, we have a semi-competitive local meta so higher tier petdecks and low meta/anti meta often show. It chases away the scrublings (which sucks because less players), but our strange decks and techs annoy meta players because often they are not prepared and then loose.

Seven Sins buffed by Recite combined with Recite crashing into the enemy can also easily deal with an opponent.
Abd with either of Stoic Challenge or Psychic Blade a really mediocre Nightingale can easily OTK the enemy anyway.

And with the way the deck is constructed, you can very easily make >=5mat Nightingales either way. And can thus easily close the game even without the equips.
