If you're really that stressed about it, try Sophie. No time limit at all and you can synthesize all you can want.

They are comfy if you're not a completionist. I'd say just play based on your gut instinct with your first run and learn from your mistakes with NG+ if you so choose. Ateliers are still fun even if you don't make the game your bitch because of the slice of life-ish atmosphere.

Okay, I've finally figured out what this custom item effect does. This increases a random pot's capacity by 1 each floor, but apparently there's a similar effect that upgrades equipment/staves each floor instead.

Seems a little obvious in retrospect...

There was someone asking in the last thread about how to make Gen like you in Shiren.

I think you need to have made a few dungeon runs before this, but try going back to Inori Village. In one house there's an old lady who offers you catnip juice. It doesn't take a space in your items, so it's more like an invisible key item, so you know you have to use it on someone else other than yourself. Go to Gen and he goes apeshit over it, and will join you if you want after you make one more dungeon run after giving him the juice.

This is pretty crazy, the effect double stacks if I wear two bracelets of the same kind.
So I can get twice the cash while doing nothing not.

The one thing that doesn't work is when I put money in a preservation pot.

This thing is a money machine.

And it looks like the mazimum cap for a moneybag is 9999 Gitan.
That's 999 damage per throw, not too shabby.
The only problem is it doens't work against Night creatures, just 1 damage.

Eh, I guess I'll play all of the hard difficulty ones in event crystal thing now to see if something happens then. Shouldn't be too much anyway, but then it's maybe time to move on from Diva X. You have to either complete a dungeon run or die trying. Getting to the Tower of the Past and completing that for the story bit is easy (if you already haven't gone there before, otherwise you are pretty much dependant on escape item).

You can't. The only way to return is though Escape Scroll or Undo Grass.

Although, in your case, since you're at the beginning of the Story mode, you can actually return to town by completing Destiny Trails, the place you're at now.
And then complete the Tower of the Past, which is easy enough to do as well.

Just be careful you don't die, and don't underestimate the enemies.

What's with all the mary jane references in japanese games. I been playing shiren and that has a ton of different "grass" and i also been playing witch abd the the hundred knight where the main heal item is "weed gum", and then there's all the drug references in some of the 3ds games I've been playing too.
