What's a fair price to sell a hacked old 3DS for?

So, my n3DS doesn't turn on any more and I know fuck all why.
When I charge it and try to turn it on then, the power LED powers up for a split second and turns off again but the charger LED stays on.
Is the battery fucked?
Could I use the battery of my o3DS or could it lead to the death of it some way?
I know that the second question might be nonsensical but I have almost no experience on that level of electronics.

Managed to re-deploy Monkey Quest Demo and set it from 0 with WipEout Pulse Demo.

Changes from guide:
- If you have saved AP, set its IPs, GW and DNS to some random values, set it to not automatically connect and disable WiFi.
- I used offline henkaku to disable IDU, worked. SET IT IN ADVANCE!!!!!!!

Yes, it is because of a9lh. That's a symptom of not having arm9loaderhax.bin on the SD.

Alright, losers, it's not necessarily hacking but I think it's close enough to wager you all will hear my pleas.
I am attempting to use Homepass to actually get streetpasses in this unpopulated span of forest. Using nbahomepass 1.0, I managed to secure a stable line of streetpasses once. A few days later, I boot it up and now it doesn't work.
The 3DS recognizes the ConsoleNintendo3DS hotspot, but doesn't connect to it automatically.
The ConsoleNintendo3DS hotspot has minimal packets being sent, but no packets being received.
I'm not sure if it matters, but I'm on Ver. 11.2.0-35U. Any help would be nice.

Make sure the SD card is fully inserted in. It does that as a failsafe so you don't corrupt anything, or simply the 3DS can't boot up without an SD card insert correctly.

In the guide it says to delete the 2.1.0 ctrtransfer files from the files9 folder once you've ran safehax.

I can't seem to get the inject tool to see my fbi files. Theyre all in the files9 folder and I can direct the dump tool to a bunch of stuff besides hs.app But when I go to inject, I can only see hs.app

I got fug'd last time I attempted to hack my 3DS, used the downgrader while it was still experimental and became part of the 1% to get a legit bad luck brick.

This looks a lot nicer, a lot safer this time around, no downgrade, just a nice safe CFW installation.

That being said, im still hesitant, but I want to make sure I dont lose my opportunity, gonna look into getting the homebrew installed at the very least.

You don't even need to back them up to use them with Henkaku. Unless you mean legit games to dumped games, then yes, vita save manager lets you do that.

I'm on this part of the guide. I booted into decrypt 9, unmounted the card, and created a file9 folder (which is on the root of the sd card which didn't exist before). I reentered the card back into the system, started the ticket dump, and now when I look into the folder I don't see any .tik files and I don't want to continue from this point because I don't want to brick anything.

a9lh loads custom code on boot. Luma is that custom code, it's a layer that works on top of the stock firmware. it's basically a CFW, yes.

you can freely update the official firmware through the 3DS menu. there's an updater for Luma that you should install, too. always run it before updating your 3DS. but you can update Luma manually in case somethings goes wrong.

for homebrew you should have the homebrew launcher installed already but it's virtually useless now. just install the equivalent .CIA. for games, you can download them 3DSISO, etc. or use something like freeShop to browse and download directly off Nintendo's servers.
