Can someone explain what kind of retarded approach to game balance it is having ranged classes being the strongest?

They don't have to waste time dodging and are usually safe at distance spamming away while melee classes have to avoid danger while dealing damage.

A sensible game would therefore give melee classes higher damage not bluehole who make archer and sorceror the highest damage dealers too.
