Timeless witch is a new addition so I still play around with the number of ptps. You can replace Satan with another ptp I just put him in as an extra wincon.
You probably want more wards than zombies if you go for ptp i.e. 2 alchemists 1 Taboo. At least that's what I would run.

Blood and Sword are faster and Shadow has higher creature quality on average. The entire deck hinges on you being able to flood the board and get Daria out in time to just get a new hand. It's sacky as fuck and not terribly strong from what I've seen but when it wins it wins HARD. Reminds me of Disaster Dragons before that Chaos structure deck.

Sword, Blood and Shadow can all easily race under Rune even drawing worse than them. You really don't need board clear against them, hell, I'd say aggro strategies are much better than control strategies against the deck since a Daria into Revelation might just be met with a second Daria.

I don't think the deck is as bad as the other anon, I'd say it's a solid tier 2, but I don't think it'll break past there in its current core but it's definitely good enough to play.

I actually wished I had angelic barage a few times but it rarely works on sword and ideally by turn 4-5 you should have at least one ward up while bouncing them back/destroying them with ritual before that. Then you have your Calamity Curse and it becomes useless.
I run bolt for the big single threats.
Once you have your wall from alchemist on turn 6 it's very hard for any aggro decks to come back and I've won games with 6-8 hp remaining ,all damage done before turn 6. Bats could still burn the hell out of you but that's why timeless is there now.

of course if you brick, you brick and nothing is going to help

The reason PtP Forest is good isn't because it can PtP consistently but because it doesn't have to. You can actually hit 30 much faster and more consistently in Shadow and maybe even Rune, but the problem is that you have to run a lot of questionable cards to do it.

I don't know how well the deck will fare going forward but through DE the idea was just that PtP Forest let you abuse all the Forest cards while having an extra out at low commitment. Altered Fate is card loss in most decks but in Forest you trade fairies into usable shit, and your ability to bounce and filter keeps your other outs hot.

Yeah Aurelia and Albert are just so ridiculous that it's tough to slot her in, especially when you have to use your EVO points on Floral.

You can really only slot in two at most.

At the same time, she's such an amazing counter to Haven and Dragon staple cards that she's absolutely going to see a lot of play if those decks are still relevant in the meta.

Not really. All of the Hearthstone streamers started in beta or vanilla. Each expansion has made the game worse. Rag used to be the worst RNG in the game.

So has anyone tried out other decks besides Dorothy and Discard Dragon? I've been using this thing and it's actually pretty bad against Dorothy if they get everything started. It's hard to save your low cost spells when they're putting out a bunch of gazers and 2/3's. Earthrite used to be an easy matchup but now it's kinda bad because of zombie man clearing all your snowmen and just putting out more zombies. Sword is still probably the easiest matchup with this deck though, as long as they don't clearing your snowmen with Otohime.
