Rosamia is slightly better than that webm shows because of her extra damage from having her mask on when ougiing, it can hit almost as hard as her own ougi so add like 1.1mil to that. Her echo damage also lasts longer than Lucio's so when factoring that in the gap gets smaller and smaller.

For DJ I run clear for Ferry 3. Normally I use Amira instead of Rosamia in order to get ougi up for Ferry 3 asap but Mic Hype is just as good. Tag Team is used when Ferry 3 is first up and can be used again on the last turn of your second Ferry 3.

So, having six daggers in my main water pool, I'm now wondering what to spend my renown on. Spending it to uncap a dagger feels like a waste because of the very slight improvements I'll get compared to just building a subpool.

So, should I go for

Gandalf's not that bad in long fights. He has a ougi-tier nuke with a pretty short cooldown that helps close the gap quite well. He's not going to keep up with Ayer/Halle but if you had them you wouldn't be using him anyway.

Eustace really wants ougi generation (not too much, though, just Okto or just Eugen is fine) but Gandalf/Okto/Eugen is a perfectly fine team that even fits Tecatz requirements.
