Thalnos is great if you like playing Mage or Rogue, but while he's never a bad legendary to craft, he is a bit of a luxury or low priority if you have few of them.

Reno Priest is good, like legend good, but also fairly expensive like all the Reno decks which are locked in a rock-paper-scissors situation right now.

Kazakus is up in the air in my opinion. Everyone says they'll print more highlander cards next set, but I personally doubt it. Despite that I still think he's worth it simply because you'll never be able to experience Reno decks in their full glory after he rotates out unless you want to play wild.

Never is a game decided by strategy or smart plays. It's a fucking illusion. You get the draws and right situations and you feel like a king. Next game, who knows.

I never struggled to get to Rank 5 after I hit it for the first time. Nowadays I'm rarely breaking Rank 10. This season, despite playing a lot more than prior seasons, I'm ending the Season at 12. And I used to play Priest. This game is busted.

Good last boss for rank 5, desu reno decks are by far my worst matchup, aside for the odd midrange shaman. Actually pooped on almost every dragon priest which I didn't expect, druid and hunter are free wins, pirate warrior is a coinflip maybe unfavored, rogue a bit unfavored, aggro shaman I think slightly favored against.

The sheer fact that they released purify for a class that was in its worst place in the history of the game proves that they have absolutely zero idea what they are doing. Also consider that they released firelands portal as a common card, printed a flame imp without a drawback, and gave aggressive decks a free boar that is so good that it would be played even if it didnt have charge.


They lost a lot of credibility by outright proving that they dont playtest anything they put out

in literally every expansion/adventure since GvG they have spent 90% of design time putting together interesting archetypes while also accidentally creating a broken aggressive style that completely killed any chance for any of their other cards ever seeing play. I rank up in wild because it's where I can still make the most competitive decks (Secret Paladin/Mech Mage/Face Hunter etc) but it's a really good place to see different decks in low ranks (25~10).
I do still play a lot of Standard Casual though, I guess it's because I'm so used to it.

Thalnos is by far the best craft, he's classic and has always been used in at least one top tier deck since the beginning of the game.

Aya's only good for jade memes but jades get deleted next expansion so less good of an investment than Aya is.

2 of those new potions, 2 clerics, 2 Deaths, 2 Pains, 2 Tentacle buffs, 2 Resurrects, 2 Priest of the Feast, 2 12 health potions. Full Inner Fire combo.
Currently at 5-1 against Pirate Warriors. The deck shouldn't win, but obviously most pirate warriors are literally retarded so they lose because they don't trade when they should.
Leaving a Cleric on t1 is basically a lost game for them. The deck is basically full of heals and ways to stall the game. Doesn't work against anything except Warriors and Jade Druid unless you get off the combo for a 48/48 Priest of the Feast.

I made the deck to finish the 50 priest cards quest and I'm loving it. Maybe I'm just having luck with the RNG.

Picture is first game of me testing it in casual. For some reason all of my enemies have golden portraits today. And I'm rank 10.
