For the most part, class weapons fill a very specific niche and are not really good for general use.

Oliver is probably the most widely usable, but you can keep it as wind and still have the increased drop chance. Farming only.

Nirvana is a popular choice because of autorevive upon casting heal all, but to be frank this is useless in most raids and is only usable when you are dying on purpose (for instance during Baha hyperdimension phase or to clear a reflect off Medusa). The loss of an attack skill hurts it too much, not to mention a spear is preferable if you want to run di3.

Nebuchad is very strong and defintiely worth the elechange, but you'd have to play gunslinger, a dedicated dps class. Not that that's a bad thing, but since most raids are set up with the essential support classes first it could be hard to use it very often.

Skofnung is useful for cover procs at roughly 20-25% chance, since you're hs this is an automatic 50% reduction. If you're running 3 buncles you can stop all damage from a random turn of autos.

The ogre class weapon adds cover to counter, and the ougi adds 3 more counters. Could be useful in some cases if you're willing to give up that slot.

I don't think anything else is worth bothering with, but perhaps someone else who's made a different weapon can add in.
