Okay, so Fou uses hundreds of years of accumulated magical energy to resurrect Mashu (a feat that even true magic can't perform). But also mentions within the Time Temple death doesn't really count anyway. Since Fou hasn't completely matured yet, he can only give Mashu the lifespan of an "average" human. After which he'll come just a weird, normal little animal without any of his current wisdom or abilities.

So, What was Gil doing at the end? It seems he was talking to a demon pillar.

Anyway, he was literally controlled by Merlin until Merlin decided to release him at the end of Garden of Avalon. So I'm guessing Altrouge doesn't exist. Cath Palug was beaten by King Arthur, according to legend.

There's really nothing that directly suggests that Arc and Altrouge don't exist in Fate timelines, and there's zero fucking evidence that shit like Excalibur ever fell into Dead Apostle Ancestor hands in Tsukihime.

Since it's extremely unlikely that Camelot never existed in any form in the Tsukihime timeline, this probably means that Fou/Cath Palug/Primate Murder either was never encountered by Camelot or simply didn't follow Merlin to Avalon for whatever reason, and eventually bonded with Altrouge instead to become the human-eating monster it was always meant to be.
