If they CAN trade (Darius, Irelia) you Q, and spin away before they can retaliate after silence.

Repeat until kills are yours. Play safe if you give up first lane kill/can't win lanes at all (good luck against tryndamere). Go heavy tank against shit like trynd, you'll be more useful if you can be a meatshield against him.

Youmuus is your must buy item. Get 1100 or 1400 gold, buy Dirk + Boots, run back to lane and harass with amplified damage.

Bring ignite.

Im a silver shitter but this shit is FUN and effective if you don't feed.

Well i saw some korean build like Bloodrazor / iceborn and idk if i should try it.
I go usually like blue smite first back or boots and upgraded refil pot into like a cinder or trinity force ( deppends). Then i get ZZ rot into randuins or wits end ( deppends ). And i end it off with a thornmail. 90% of the time i get mercs.

If youre good you can climb with janna and soraka but Nami will make it much faster. Karma is tricky because bad Karma is worse than bad Janna so unless you know your shit don't pick her.
Naut is okay but if your team has no tanks trying to make a 1 man support frontline is pointless anyway, you won't have enough gold to make a difference. Better pick something with lane power so there is a chance your tankless team won't leave the laning phase with all lanes lost.

I have a problem. See, I play duo with my girlfriend sometime. And sometimes bot duo. And it's always shit. Because if we shove the other team under the tower, we get ganked by their jungler. Over and over. If we don't do that, they shove us under, and our jungler never ever ever ganks. I don't understand how it can be so utterly consistent. We've never once had a jungler who bothered to gank when we were pushed under the tower. And I'm talking in dozens of games.
