Been on balmung since the ARR, been away for a while so all my LS and FC mates are gone. Its pretty much a trap. If you aren't transferring with at least 3 other people don't bother you're gonna be wasting your money.

Basically the MSQ of 3.4 firmly established what the void is.

The world furthest from the light was completely overtaken by dark and became the void.

The world closest to the light successfully annihilated darkness and as a result was suffering an almost identical fate to the furthest world. If it wasn't for the events of 3.4, that world would have been overtaken by the light and become a light void.

there is literally a map called the Vault to hide stuff in maybe, Nidhogg's other eye was in there with the first Azure Dragoon's corpse anyway
also the WoL is definitely powerful enough to beat Nidhogg in possession of his eyes (at least in accordance with how they write the story in that they ignore the existence of the other 7 schmucks helping you beat Nidhogg's ass) so wrecking the eyes alone should be a non-issue
