/lolg/, please help me. I just found out today that one of the classes I applied to for my school's Spring 2017 semester was a Winter course, so I panicked and dropped it. So we either have an impact because we're hard carrying and so far ahead or we're just slightly ahead/even/behind so we do fucking nothing and just die because we're forced into full glass canon builds. If we try and get a steraks or banshees we'll get completely fucked still since it's not enough and we'll be 100% out damaged by our counterpart

ADC as a role went to shit when they gutted ADC itemization in the ADC update.
After that armor pen was busted so that was still a good build. But it was just that holding the entire role relevant and able to do damage.

Ever since the ADC update crit ADC's have only had one build path which is all in on dps, the best defense you could buy was BT or Maw without cripling yourself.

I really hate the fact that few seasons ago you had way more build options and if you wished you could go for a defense item or double lifesteal or if you felt safe you could just double up on Zeal items. These days double zeal is mandatory and you have very little impact on the game.

Sure ADC's do damage but it's in a brainless way, you build pure dps and which ever team peels for you better automatically wins while you a-move into the fight once. If your team shits the bed then it's the reverse, you do no damage even if you could auto and you can't even auto because being in auto range of any meta champion means instant death.
Might as well put a trained monkey in this role and it would do just as fine as your average adc player.

Main role support, top as secondary but I can perform in all roles.
Played almost 300 games of Braum last season
Currently mostly picking Janna, Zyra, Sion etc. Whatever fits the teamcomp. Janna is such a good pick now with all the kennens, kha's and other guys who I need to disengage.
For top my go to pick is pantheon, but I sometimes play sion or cho gath.

Or they could stick with the old lore implications which suggests that she lost her sanity due to a drug addiction. It's likely gonna be either-or, or a mix of both.

You could say that I just use calculated aggression. From levels 1-3, I do my best to get as much farm as possible while trying to poke the enemy laner. After that, I just ward one of the bushes on the side (usually bot side if I'm blue; top side if I'm red).

What you want to do is take absolute control of your lane. When I play mid, I usually play champs that do this very well (Ziggs, Viktor, Vel'Koz), which results in the enemy team investing more of their resources to attempt to stop my farming. One of the things I've always focused on is farming, as you are always guaranteed a CS kill (unless you're zoned like crazy) when compared to a champion kill (unless your jungler is crazy mobile or the enemy doesn't have summoners or certain spells up). This is even more useful for champs that aren't very strong early game, such as Gangplank, Viktor, etc., and need an item to keep going. If you're sure you can get a kill, then you should go for it. Most of the time I trust my gut and don't go in when I think the enemy is baiting, unless I'm 100% sure I can get out of it alive, or at least get the person helping my enemy laner to blow at least a summoner spell and an ultimate in the process of killing me (or even running away from me should things not go in their favor).

Just think of it this way: when both teams are even in kills (or if the scoreboard is, for some reason, 0-0), wouldn't you be heavily intimidated by somebody who's a few levels ahead of everybody on your team as well as the enemy's team while also having a lot more CS and an entire item or two more than anybody else in the match?

IE is a multiplier item. It's much more efficient when you have other items first. Building IE first is like building deathcap first.

Below diamond you can build full AP on Sona and annihilate players with damage while keeping people alive with heals and shields. Early on though she can get buttfucked by any number of junglers and her damage goes way down when behind, and when behind Sona is useless outside of her ult.
