There is no way to get to 35 without fighting U-10 and COEN, we've been trough all the rotations of the tower, you need to beat and progress past those two to open any shortcuts that would let you skip them.

You cannot unlock T5 fighters without beating them.

Right in time for a new thread - this was not nearly as bad as I originally painted it to be, I just got mad salty and embellished my own shit experience immediately.

The suplex failed because it tried to frankensteiner and hit a roof, then I just panicked and didn't switch weapons/get ready to fight - got fucked by the first combo and Groggied rather than sweatdrops, so instead of a goretastic she started another combo, THEN the bullshit of the minor drop started.

Ran in a circle and when I saw both of them wasted their three shot volley I popped a Slowmungus. It was awful man, the other two had Longsword S' which didn't help in the slightest and I had to tank a hit from one of those on top of all the crossbow bolts.

Keep in mind the first half of the fight is entirely based on what he rolls in the cutscene. 5 is the Screamers (I think the Hater for the level has a chance to spawn here as well), 6 is supposedly a Reverse Tuber.

Least it wasn't as bad as I originally thought, I should watch my replays before bitching about them, would probably be a good exercise to not say stupid shit, and cool the frustration I usually feel when I die.

Only real lessons to take from that are don't try to suplex people going down stairs if there's a roof above you, and try not to fight with your back immediately to a drop. If I'd taken those to heart I'd be a-ok, even after taking that fairly vicious first part putting me down to 300.

That is most certainly the case, there's no blueprint for upgraded knight gear, you can only get the basic blueprint, you have to upgrade the rest of the way yourself.

Okusa (13F). To get there the first time you want to go from Kaga (16F) to Uge (15F) to Ukisawa (14F), then to Okusa, after that you can unlock the lock so you can go Kamoto (13F) > Nokejiri (11F) > Okusa.

3 Golden Snails always spawn in Okusa, but they spawn over a fire, so bring a snailshroom and a live animal to knock them down.

Still tryin to think of a good way to actually like... pin down what's a good spot to go for each resource. Some of those floors really suck for resources, like Akami. Been there tons of times, it can seemingly spawn every resource, but there's only like 3 total any time you go there. As opposed to Kawabe which has like 10-15 per spawn with the same table.

Either immediately or in several hours. Three hours of farming and the only thing to show for it is a Pork Chopper and a couple Wrestler outfits.

Farm 31 and only 31, once you find the picnic bench area you want to grab the three (Possibly four) chests there and any lizards or turtles to pay for the trip, and then immediately leave. There's no other chests on the floor save for a random one that occasionally appears near one of the exits.

You don't have to press X at the mushroom lady's fire to cook things

Just stand so the mushroom is directly over the fire, maybe look down a bit

It'll be instantly cooked the second you get it out if you're standing in the right place, just mash the left side of the touchpad and you can cook a whole load almost instantly

You can do the same with fire drums, just hold the item up and move sideways into the thing and you should find an area that instantly cooks the item when you pull it out. Some fire drums very rarely have the fire hitbox be outside of the drum, so you have to be careful or you'll light on fire.

Couple words of advice to people still climbing.

When you get a T3 character, do no, I repeat, DO NOT unlock T4 characters for a while. These are the things you should to with a T3 character.

>Go to F21-22
>Find the "Cleaver Saber" Recipe
>Replace all the fighters in your freezer with T3 fighters
>Rank up until you hit dev raids
>Cleaver Saber is OP for these and you will burn through them retardedly quickly
>Do not even try to go to T3 until you've upgraded your freezer, bank, and SP tank to max

Trust me on this, at T4, the saber loses just enough effectiveness in T4 dev raids that you're taking twice the time to clear a raid. In T5, you're gonna struggle against time, I've a 4-star katana that does 1k damage, and even with invis shroom so I can wail on them I still finish the raid with only 50 seconds to spare, yes its not the end of the word with mushrooms, but mushrooms need grinding, T4 and T5 dev haters love to dodge, so guardshroom alone will fuck you just on time, and you'd need to pack around nine brainshrooms if you wanted to rely on goretastic attacks.

I wish I could go back to T4 but now its too late. only about half-way done with my bank and tank, I'm nowhere near upgraded enough on anything armor or weapon to defend properly, and raiding devs is far too resource intensive. Weapons that do over 1k damage, which are basically mandatory to finishing dev raids in time, go around 14k to start with. Trust me, grind and struggle as much as possible in those early to mid 20s before you even consider unlocking T4, I would genuinely recommend taking your time and maxing out as many blueprints as possible, then when you can't access higher tier mats, then, and only then unlock T4 and swap. Same for T5, it'll make resource management far less intensive later.

Where do I get Candle Wolf blue metal? I'm assuming somewhere between 1 - 10 but goto isnt on these floors

I can't say I've really explored the other rotations thoroughly and found anything as good as gold snails, but if you send your guys on expeditions to the highest possible floors, they tend to bring back a decent amount of animals, and those sell. Lizards for instance sell for about 1300. That plus the money they bring back is pretty good. Elsewise just the standard explore and use Lucky Star I guess.
