This is actually a really hard choice. While another elemental would just be multiplicative I only have two elementals on my Synapse, +fire rate doesn't seem to help much besides drain ammo and the higher crit damage on the new one seems like it could balance out. Does each shot by multishot have its own chance to crit (redcrit in this case with 125% crit chance)?

That's what I thought after my experience with the Quanta but in my field experience with this current riven my Synapse build has been a "kill in 1 or 2 hits or you'll waste a bunch of ammo" since it feels like I only see a few ammo numbers for a disproportionate amount of ammo spent. But then again this could stay the same but be slower with lower fire rate. You think I should still stick with +fire rate if even in sorties I tend to kill enemies in a few ticks?

Status chance I wasn't taking into account, though, although it only has a 10% base chance so I wanted to maximize damage with the two elemental slots I had.

Soltice is weird, personally. Like it's not a 1:1 replacement for the regular Daedalus armor since color channels are different. My thoughts:

Pros:
-The energy channel is fucking great. Tron lines everywhere
-The swirly shit is cool looking

Cons:
-The swirly shit doesn't fit on every frame, like I have an Equinox look that would go great with the Tron lines but have to tolerate the swirly stuff being busy on an otherwise flat coloring

Essentially, not matter what you slap on Panthera, it is going to remain a mediocre no crit low status gimmicky alt fire weapon. Miter on the other hand has the highest status chance of all primary weapons and a large punchthrough when charged. Its problems are so-so base damage and no crit (which poorly affects its status damage), and its slow charge rate. As long as you can offset this stuff with riven or otherwise, it can be a somewhat effective and fun weapon.

Every weapon you own would normally be in a simple wall glass case, but by buying some deco pieces with plat you should be able to pose weapons in specific positions and place them elsewhere strewn about the ship. If you equip it in your current build then it becomes temporarily invisible.

But if they really want to make mad dosh they need to implement a 10o visitor system so that people can see other Orbiter designs. Build a large docking bay where you can see the visitor's landing craft (and go inside to inspect their deco) and then other players can visit your trash heap of a mobile space trailer home. Crazy people will buy plat to put their stuff in unique positions, buy plat for more slots and actually make duplicate weapons just so they can hang them symmetrically over a fake fireplace.

Bonus points if sentinels float around the place freely and your dog can bark at visitors.

Most of the effort they need for this is already done in the form of the dojo. Replacing the Orbiter parts with a dojo using different parts isn't hard, though they will need to slightly restructure a few quest walking paths.

I last played late summer of 2015. How much has been changed/added. Last I remember they were nuking a prime every month while adding in shit sporadically and redesigning the star map.

Worth giving another look? Any resources to catch up?

Just use it as a base. Ive seen people selling shit for nothing when its priced at a way higher price just because they dont know the price for it. Also, check when the users asking for parts are from consoles since the prices can vary a bunch from PC to consoles. Reading what people ask for in the trade chat while you are doind something else can also help you getting an idea of what shit is actually selling for. Just for knowing about the market, you should be more than ready to get enought plat quickly especially for common/cheap stuff like weapon or warframes slots. Have a good enough ammount of plat (up to you how much that ammout should be) and then focus on just the highest selling shit if you dont want to waste time of your life getting a crappy currency from a f2p game. You will be rolling in 100s really quickly if you read enought about what you are doing. Also, memorize the vaulted crap if you came across it from public matches. They have no vision of the game, and they dont even play it, basically. Its simple as that. There are a lot of discrepancies, but just see those units with invulnerability phases. They basically dont want you to one shot them, and nothing to show for it, not even a change in the way the enemies works, and then you see crap like techs, wich trow that stupid shield osprey like a retard as soon as they take enought damage. So you basically are _encouraged_ to one shoot them to prevent that, yet they still trow invulnerability phases and time sinks. They cant create content for shit. They just keep it good enought so people keep spending money in the game. They are too incompetent to make a game that is actually well designed, so they have a nice concept but they keep fucking it up. I doubt another game like this will appear soon to drag player from this game or make them step it up already, but seeing how poorly managed is their company, they will surely find a way to fuck anything good they can get when they finally decide to hire new people >and keep them<. In terms of progress, the game is basically beyond saving, but it's still good enought, so players and DE dont need more than that to get what they want out of it.

inaros and ivara dont even need a reactor to do more than decently good, really. Even Frost depending on how you want to play, I only added a reactor to it to fit Natural Talent and the rest was just extra since I was able to solo 2k+ excavators on hieracon just fine with him without using reactor, I also reached lvl 200+ playing with him but I was trying to get babysitted as much as possible by the globe at that point so it was not really fun, just a nice experience.
