High point of genocide and just a strong character in general thanks to the phone call

His neutral route stuff is the high point of the whole game imo and I like his character a lot
>Papyrus
His snowdin stuff is fun and while his fight isn't that great his date stuff and his phonecall push him into being top tier

His section of the game is okay but it didn't really amuse me that much and like all of hotlands I think it drags a bit. Hes mid tier because even though i'm not the biggest fan of his character his boss fight was really cool

Had a really fun boss fight and was pretty good for a random OC character

I never found him funny and he has too much 'mystery' / unexplained stuff around him that I dislike in character since I think its really fucking lazy. His character can be fun though and his genocide boss fight is pretty great

good character but their boss fights are huge disapointment and I didn't really enjoy the way their story ended since it just felt like they didn't get a happy ending just so that people would be sad about them.

Well, Undertale is a story that's very happy and comfy on the surface, but with an undercurrent of sadness and melancholy.

Mr. Storyshift tried to do the same thing, but because he's a hack the happy and comfy moments are saccharine and completely undermine the insanely melodramatic sad moments, combined with a hyperfocus on the goats (including Chara) at the cost of everything else.
