2-3-0-1
starting items: tango, orb of venom, 1 ward. Either courier or another tango
Get arcane boots and mana talent at lvl 10, you're going to need them more than attack speed. Spend the early game ganking motherfuckers. Roam enemy jungle if they have a jungler.
Skill build: 3-4-1-1 (value point armor)
After arcane boots, get aghs, then ward their entire jungle.
Lvl 15 talent: Gold per minute. Lvl 20: Reduced CD. By the endgame, you should have owled their entire side of the river, and use the vision to kill any enemy who leaves their base.
