Found your problem.

Yasuo isn't as dependent on Attack Speed as you'd think. It's more effective to just get flat damage or resistances since you do most of your damage through aa-q-aa. Once you have BORK, (which is really situational on yas)theres no reason to get berserkers too.

The lane snowballs really hard. At around 2-3 deaths the enemy bot lane can just decide "Okay Im bored lets just engage on these guys" and then they are either shot to death from afar with hard CC, Or get dived with hard CC. One ability is enough to make either 1 or both laners dead.

And the fact that most of the damage (and the initiating hard CC) is ranged means that hiding under tower is meaningless cause you'll still get killed To which then they have to play defensively but that just means the mid laner or jungler will come on down for their kill gold income AND the tower. The Bottom lane (now without the dps or gold) then becomes an easy kill due to their low health and low damage/cc to ward off anybody. The support cant ward safely because most of it gets cleared or they get killed due to their low pressure.

Damaging abilities just tickle by this point. Your team wants you to join fights despite the fact your accidental sneeze away from death The bottom lane gold income is now shared with someone who will crit them from afar for more than 1/3 of their hp (on 40%+ chance). And the gameplay just becomes walk back wards and hope you dont get slowed to death to fast.

Buy a cull and zzrot and split push as hard as you can for some cash to get back into the game. Which then puts you at risk at dying again or the mid laner or jungler coming in as your about to take a wave and they nuke it.

Its just how it is.

actually,when my team lack tanker,I go for 12-0-18 and took CoC and the mastery that gave you 3 armor for each nearby enemy champion.
In the mid-late game teamfight,you have free 60 amr-magic resist and when you R you have a big ass shield.
So you do alot of damage and too tanky with a big ass shield so they cant bust you down or really doing anything but retreat.It fucking good in teamfight.
