You underestimate the number of people who would buy the game but they don't want to shell out the money for a console. This is the main target for the Steam version.

Also, wasn't Firis going to be released at the same date for all platforms? From what I can recall KT releases where the PC version is released at the same time as the console version will be at the same price as the console version.

Last Tales I played was Hearts R, which has great gameplay, so that's what I was basing it on. I'd say it's more mashy and has less variety, but the Imagine field mode, despite making the game a 'technical button masher', was pretty hype for me.

For the characters, I can't really explain it well, their dialogues and personality just felt more natural and fun to watch than Trip 2's. Excluding Trip 2's MILF's route though, that one was really good. And I like how the MC actually talks and has his own personality, but then again that's my preference.

To give an illustration, I personally have a strong dislike against typical loli idol overly moe characters, but somehow I kinda liked the one that appears here.

Mayuri and Suzuha went to the original worldline where the branch in Zero began, as in Mayuri prevents Suzuha from slapping Okabe -> Mayuri goes and slaps Okabe himself to make him try once again.

And in the end, I guess Okabe tried to go back to the past like Suzuha and Mayuri and meet them, because... I don't know. I'm sure they could manage on their own. Don't know about calling Maho Kurisu.

I don't think any other endings are canon, per se, except maybe the one with the sent D-Rine.

Suzuha and Mayuri went back in time and talk with the Mayuri who has just sent off Okabe for the first time when he tries to save Kurisu. Basically she tells her past self to not let Okabe give up and to slap his shit. They then don't have the fuel to get back because the Time Machine was losing power throughout the year it was sitting there so they get flung 70 million years to the past. Okabe goes to save them but he's also getting out of the timeline so he doesn't Reading Steiner himself and overwrite the Steins Gate worldline Okabe in 2025.

Real Yuki is in Europe or some shit on an exchange program orchestrated by Leskinen.

Maho is 'Kurisu' to fool the world and fool history, Okabe's assist is always 'Kurisu'.

The other endings are all essential. One of the VNs or Audio Dramas talks more about how Milky Way Okabe somehow obtained the ability to receive the experience of himself from other worldlines. Each ending we see is an important part of the proof he needs for the Video D-Mail. I like Blick Winkel's explanation on it so I'll just point you there http://pastebin.com/i5zwesw7. Gehenna's Stigma is the outlier, but it gave Daru a lot of motivation and was the "bad end" so who knows.

It's also kinda important to note that Milky Way Crossing and Altair & Vega are not the same worldline.

I was legitimately devastated when RF4 was initially cancelled for Europe because of the bankruptcy, so fucking mad at Marvelous, Nintendo, pretty much everything. After that I treated the digital-only release we got as the second coming of Christ, bought it Day One and never regretted a thing. Never had that with any other digital-only full price purchase. It's a shame that it happened way past the bankruptcy of Neverland, they never benefited from the EU sales.

And yeah, it was really weird seeing how the US reception and sales were brought up couple of times after the game came out, and it seemed to do pretty well, deservingly so because hot damn, it's the second best one second only to 3. I fucking love both of them.

But what about the 3D ones, Frontier and Oceans? Comparing the resources and workload of those and the handheld games, might they have amounted to anything when it comes to running out of funds?

Seeing how Rune Factory Oceans was made for PS3, it didn't really look like anything that would habe been impossible to do on Vita. But I guess we'll never know now.

I'm not sure why, but that's how the manager generally has it go for some reason. We play overly defensively at the start with literally pretty much no aggression and then we start in the 2nd half. I'm not sure if it's intentional or not. Last season, our last game was 3 goals in the last 4 minutes with two of those in stoppage.
