Here's a better cleaner example I made. It basically adds an outliner on the outer parts of the eyes. As you can see it's just slightly offset eyeholes so you can simply resize those ellipses to get what you want.

Because a new personality implies all of the following:

It cannot be embedded into the card, as most AAU assets are.
Because it will turn to sweet if you don't get the personality.

Well I updated the picture but the problem is I can't get AAUnlimited to save my card properly. Every time I try to attach the eye highlight to the card it crashes when I save. I've never used this program before so I don't know but if someone else were to use this card they would need to download the tan file as well correct?

That feature doesn't work afaik. Embedding the overrides works tho so distribute the eye textures like before and embed the tan into the card. you should share a clean version anyway and use the embedded card only as a mod vessel.

when you embed overrides into the card it gets bloated, depending on the files you embed. So when you're sharing a card make 2 copies of it:
1) card with all the override rules but no files embedded
2) same as 1) but when you save check the Save Override Files checkbox.

1) is your clean card (body sliders, clothes and AAU things)
2) is your mod delivery vessel. When someone opens it for the first time they get all the mods required and can delete it and use 1) instead.

The other 2 checkboxes in picrelated are not functional afaik.

that checkbox indicates whether AAU embeds the override files into the card. At the moment it can't remove the embedded files, that's why I'm saying you should keep a clean version. If they're both the same size then they're both unclean. Check the backups folder in your save\Female, maybe you have the clean version there.

To make it easier I suggest keeping 2-3 copies of cards you make at all times:
1. non-AAU card with the snowflaked card face, roster and outfits with textures.
2. clean AAU card
3(optional). bloated card

this way you can simply use 2 for all your editing and use 1 to fetch the snowflaked image if you want to recycle it(minor changes don't warrant full snowflaking imo). You make 3 right before sharing it

Basically all the AAU data is included in the card face image. So if you got your snowflake face from the unclean card you got all the embedded files as well.
How do you snowflake? if you get your snowflake out of the maker then it should work perfectly. If you use AA2Snowflake to replace the card face/roster then you have to use the latest AA2Snowflake version because he explicitly fixed that.

yeah, it mangles the AAU data. you need AA2Snowlake for that. You don't have to use it for the traditional snowflaking so just get it for the cardface replacer. It can do the roster as well.

I know you can do it using tantoo but if you get a card with the tan baked in I assume that the tan will still show up in the overworld. Shes going to end up with a black as hell low-poly

Untanning the lowpolys is done in a single .lst (check any AA2Install tan that untans lowpolys: it's the only .lst in the AA2_Play folder)
I don't know when the game fetches this .lst tho so I don't know if overriding it in the card will produce the desired result. It might work for one card, work for all card or not work at all. I suggest just untanning them with tantoo once and forget tanned low polys were a thing.

The untanned low polys were included in every tan mod since freckles so some people don't even know low polys can be tanned. It's no different than it was before. At least they don't have to worry about the tan slots.
