MATSO had a lot of interesting contrast and saturation and I dug it for a long while. But ultimately the greens and browns blended together in a really bad way.
Kalicolas was alright, but its oddly buggy indoors. And its brand of lighting made Theo's face look real weird.
I'm digging the hell out of Rampage, it looks fantastic. Its ambient and environmental as hell, and its the first ENB I've used that I can actually edit in game.

For Imperials, it would be a Battlemage. For Dunmer it would probably be basically a sort of necromancer priest (the dunmer despise necromancy, but the mystical aspect of their ancestor reverence is basically necromancy). IIRC, Redguards are generally distrustful of magic, but they do have a long tradition of sword-based magic, enchanting and empowering swords, and of course there were the Spirit Swords of the Ansei. For Bretons it would probably be a Spellsword knight, like you said. Beyond that I'm not really sure.

Orcs, Argonians, and Khajiit are kind of just in an unknown spot as you said, there's not many examples of mages I can recall.

The outer provinces have always had conflicts. Normally the legion would step in if things get out of hand, except the legions were exhausted after Oblivion and Cyrodiil was in political turmoil so places that had a fragile being enforced by the empire began playing out old conflicts. Wars broke out between Morrowind and Skyrim even before Baar Dau fell as I understand it.

Mostly filler.
Immersive Weapons has many clashing styles and only a few don't feel incredibly out of place. Iron Tantos will be a very common sight.

Immersive Armor is good, but has a few things that stand out for better or worse. You can pick and choose what's included, though.

I like Lore Weapon Expansion. It adds some weapons, and model variants, based on Oblivion and Morrowind into the game as rarer foreign weapon types. from the neighboring provinces. Also has optional esps to add Goldbrand/Eltonbrand, a Daedric Crescent, and some Knights of the Nine stuff and other Oblivion uniques into the game as artifacts.
