The best answer I can give you is there is no single CE tailored for him. Take one for whatever you feel is going to be more useful. The one I'd personally recommend is the Gudako CE because star gen and NP damage are more useful than card ups in a servant where he has 3x quick with buster NP.
Other options include going passive effects like 2030, full np damage for single target nuke with black grail, or just something that is always good like sumo

The thing I've noticed in 2016 especially as it winds down is that it's almost impossible to have a decent conversation about anything anymore because every forum seemingly no matter what it's supposed to be about seems to have been flooded by shitheads who just start flinging shit in every single direction in any given topic or thread and think things like having a job or being anything other than a waste of life make you uncool or something.

I don't even know what's truly going on but the population of the internet really seems to have lost it's mind worse than ever as the shitposting, pointless arguing and clickbait crap has kind of started outweighing the internet's actual productive content and things have gotten so bad I wonder if there's even any going back. It's like moderators everywhere don't want to do their jobs anymore either. Like we're talking the sort of shitposting and griefing that used to ultimately get taken care of or that communities used to take care of themselves is just kind of tolerated or even encouraged now as you say.

TL;DR: I think this goes beyond just a single Japanese mobage, the overall tone and content of the internet in general is kind of in a bit of a shitposting crisis in recent years and even months and the remaining decent folk with administrative powers really needs to start cracking down a little more on their hubs next year if it wants to remain at all viable as a tool for future generations. Tactics Advance legitimately has gameplay issues. It has a really dumbass rules system that basically exists to make life harder, an incomprehensible sidequest thing that you're never gonna figure out without a guide, and a very odd difficulty balance that is pretty much based on you not understand what you can actually do.

There are some pretty bullshit mechanics, in both good and bad ways. On one hand, you can break the game's combat over your knee with very little effort. On the other, it's entirely possible to completely fuck yourself out of a lot of shit if you don't know exactly what you're doing; you can miss out on top-tier weapons, skills, even the final fucking sidequest chain.

Not only is that wrong, Mahoyo is rarely discussed at all. It came out, it underperformed, and it left relevancy. And the EGS rating is still below average for TM shit. If the issue over the game had just been that there were no voices on immediate release and no porn, there wouldn't have been as much controversy. The porn was a real issue but the other TM games were released unvoiced and the recent ones got a voice patch later, which is far from rare in Japan. The VN market was stronger in 2004 but good games were still coming out and still being recognised when Mahoyo was released. Fucking White Album 2 came out around when Mahoyo did and Japan went apeshit over it.

Camelot was a masterpiece. It set a standard too high. Babylon was mediocre or dragging as fucking hell 3/4 about it, thrown into a great climax but the ending was still completely deprived of actual emotion, it was the generic: "weh, now we go away, bye bye servants we met!" which took away the dark climax a second ago. Orleans has a much larger problem then being slow-paced, in that Jeanne is written almost as awfully as Nero but no one talks about it because she has allies tripping over themselves to praise her utter blandness and lack of any stand out qualities rather then enemies like Nero.

The scene where Marie is talking about Alters with Jeanne rivals anything in Septem.
