All characters do, not just SSRs, the SSR rate is still 3%, just means there's a higher chance to pull a character.. R.. or SR.. or SSR, but the rates are still the regular non-legfes rates.

Reminder that even during the legfest meme, you still have an 82 percent chance of pulling a R, even a characterless one.
If anything, rolling then is about having less chance of pulling an SR.

Get everyone to 100%, use Hinrichten, clear, then Grausam + ougi after the buff wears off.

Use abilities like Amira transform midway through, and use buffs so they'll wear off the turn after Hinrichten ends.

If you're Gunslinger, try to reload the turn before Hinrichten. You can squeeze out extra damage by using TA + Early Shot on turn 1, reloading, then using them with Grausam on the ougi turn.

Light ATK Up, meaning you don't have to worry about it conflicting with Rage or really any other ATK Up buff because it goes on a separate stack. Also debuffs enemy's Light RES which is even better, buffing and debuffing in one button.

Skill 2 gives you a shield and regen but you're almost never going to press it so it doesn't matter but it's nice to have for emergencies.

Will almost never run out of stacks unless you mismanage her ridiculously because skill3 refills them and it's only a 5 turn wait for them to naturally refill anyway.

Ougi hits hard and deals I think three-fourths of her ougi damage as an echo, might be a bit less I never checked.

I really believe they made her Defense type because if she was Balanced she'd be even more broken for Light.

You really are retarded. A weapon used as fodder is worth a certain amount of skill 'points' but all those do is increase the chance of success.
For instance skilling an SSR weapon from 1 to 2 requires 8 points for a 100% success rate and a single SR provides 4 points. If you fodder and SR into the weapon and lose the coin flip those 4 points are gone forever. Don't attempt to skill up until you have enough fodder for 100% success.
And no, archangel weapons don't provide any skill exp at all.
