1 drops aren't very good in take-two anyway, most of the time they just die to 2 drops for free and get a few points of damage in. They're good against 2/1s and 1/1 spam but that's about it. They're also REALLY bad in the late game almost exclusively except for Ivory Dragon, which isn't even a Sword card.
This isn't Hearthstone where 1 drops are absurdly broken; 1 drops in SV are well designed for their cost.

Dragon oracle should really draw a card regardless if overflow is active or not. Dragoncraft runs out of cards by turn 6, its fucking a joke.
Dragon counsel should be reduce to 3 mana and Dragonmancer rite should also be reduce to 2. It's pretty much impossible to play discard dragon when you can't even fucking get the amulet by turn 3 and do something. By turn 4 you already have fucking 7 face damage and nothing on board.

What I'm triyng to say here is that Storm was always the good Dragon deck; before DE people just ramped up into a bunch of storm cards then hit you in the face a lot. And that deck was tier 1. Also Faf was there too. there was never any other effective build of Dragon.
