Unfortunately Tera lost a lot of people to BnS and BDO when they came out basically in a dead spot for Tera, and FFXIV and WoW have also got people to come back. Tera is actually doing a lot better than it had been for some months a year ago in terms of how fast they're putting out content, but in the end they've also upset a lot of people into leaving with various bad choices. It's unfortunate because MMOs are in such a bad spot right now that if BHS just fucking shaped up their decision making, the frequency of updates might be enough to bring people back and keep them.

Tera's endgame is too boring to keep people on it for long periods of time. All you can do is run dungeons, literally, and even that is severely limited.

Don't use money to enchant gear. Don't spend even gold to it.
As dps it's enough to get weapon+belt. You get enough mats on IoD quests to do that. It's enough to give nominal ilevel for everything but RHHM. You can enchant rest of the gear when you gathered enough stuff.

I spend all my money to enchant schisma back old times. Not doing that mistake again.

Yes, sometimes the servers can be fairly laggy. Tera has also been hit by DDoS a few times recently which obviously doesn't help but I don't think that has been for a couple of weeks so what you're experiencing could be related to Dreamstorm going on, but it is probably just bad servers.

What level? I know it isn't any consolation but Tera dungeons at low level can be soloed so people therefore run ahead and pull whatever. I would ask about good combos to use and dungeons and raids and BAMs that are actually fun/challenging to fight but I feel like it would devolve into shitposting, avatarposting, complaining (like I am doing now) and people screaming for butt shots.

Its disappointing because the combat in this game is really fun to me. Maybe if it was super prudish and more grimdark mature it would have less garbage posting but I doubt it.

Fucking use corruption ring. If your teammates are using the new nostrum and still running out of mana and you're a mystic then you should seriously re-examine your shit. Use the volley of curses debuff and keep it up all the time. It lasts like 20 seconds and takes no time to cast, seriously I don't know why more people can't keep this up. Keep your fucking auras on. When you die they'll turn off. Don't get tilted and forget that shit, turn it back on. Save contagion for dps checks or enrages where the tank's used buffs/everyone's using their brooches. Let people get the most out of it. Don't just use it on a whim because it's off CD. If you do all of those things, you won't even need to make a fucking ball pit. That shit's annoying anyway. A few motes in case of an emergency sure, but I can't stand when mystics just drop health motes everywhere -- not even mana motes, or a mix of the two, but just the fucking health ones -- while I've got no mp and their debuff's been off for like a straight minute.
