She still is part of the trinity of solo play with Jeanne, Juliet and Heles though.

I play classes with GW dagger and SS for harder raids so I never really have a trouble with ougi but you can put Ferry in the last slot to activate her second skill with her on 70%. Her third skill has such a long cooldown that by the time it's up again everyone should have full ougi anyways.
