The difference is that it's a 4vs1 game. The machine-gun build doesn't stomp a 4-man running the meta. Just like decisive strike isn't overpowered on its own, it needs to be paired with the other perks, and everyone needs to be running it for it to get its full effect. the best play against her is just RUNNING and try to make as much distance as possible, and when she starts to blink try to juke her in tight spots to make her AA fuck up, then when she fatigues bolt the fuck out of there.

Went ahead and checked how much can mediocre survivors get done before I can get them 5 times on the hook while peacing away to the other side of the map after each one. There were just a few sprint bursts, pallets instantly being thrown down and like 3 window hops on torment creek without any DS usage as you can see. When I got my 5th unhook, exit gates were open. Add to this the fact that they can just destroy your totems so... you'll likely only have fun with this perk playing non-wraith against rank 20's or people who don't care about dying and just screw around as a SWF. Have fun getting those unhooks when there's no hooks though.
