Seems fine to me, outfits are overpriced but they seem to be cosmetic and not many options anyway. Lots of events giving away enchant scrolls or limited outfits and what-not.
Servers are unstable, but that may be a distance thing for me in the west coast US, but that's like a once-every-three-days thing where I get disconnected, and even then I can usually just reconnect.
