1, the guild is dying. ;_;
we lost Nainsell, he quit wow forever and falaa who is our highest dps and raid leader wishes to unsub due to cancer which is very upsetting.
i mentioned just splitting up and people finding their own raids and everyone wanted to, nobody wants to stick together. we gave up looking for new ppl and are going to replace /wowg/ members with normal fags. people had asked me to in mumble, and i agree with it and it's a good idea.

as for the whole "muh circlejerk of raiders" that is completly true. the guild is very much active in the members that it has, but a lot of morans don't talk in guild chat and whine its ded and leav. i've personally messaged people to join us in mumble but people are all oh im such a fucking autist no plz mic is broke. So we have created a group of 10-15 people who are alloud to raid. i've been trying to do a group 2 but not everyone in the first group has alts for it, so at the moment have to let people from the RIPIP in. ;_;

Does anyone else feel like they missed a really good opportunity to have Unholy DKs wield a one-handed scythe-like weapon and an off-hand soul carrier, or something?

Instead of generic two-handed weapon spec, it would have been really cool to have a soul container and a reaping weapon instead.

Leave the guild, they're shit. Most guilds 2 or 3 heal Ursoc even on their first kills. You need ~1.2m HPS total to make it clean which a good Disc Priest/Resto Druid combo can do easily.

wow, the highest I've pulled on that fight with 4 healers is 510k, and that was with our mw monk mostly dps'ing until the 30% bonus dmg thing (I honestly have no clue how he does 120k dps while doing 300-400k as a monk, but he does it)

The Legendary system is complete trash and honestly drags this expansion down by a huge margin. I can't even play two of my three specs as a Rogue because Outlaw and Sub both have Legendary items that are required for the spec to be viable or even just functional. Any other developer would see the amount of negative feedback on the topic and jump on it as a priority issue, but Blizzard just lets it continue because Blizzard knows best.

Sub is essentially non-functional without Shadow Satyr's Walk. My Sub weapon is higher ilvl than my Assassination one, in heavy Mastery gear, and it sims at 390k DPS, as opposed to 460k as Assassination.
Outkaw is just bad without Greenskins and Insignia, but very good with them. Together they boost the spec by around 15% total DPS.

Trying to play either of the specs in a Mythic raid without those legendary items is fucking retarded and you will rightfully get benched.

Whats the consensus on how hard we're getting fucked

trying to get used to disc priest in dungeons lads. when the group takes sudden unexpected damage (I know that a lot of focus should be on predicting the damage beforehand but there's a few things where you kind of can't) what on earth is your priority. I end up frantic because I used power word radiance but it only spread to one person so I ended up awkwardly casting plea/power word shield and by the time I get back to dpsing they're almost dead.

Use PW:S to keep Atonement up on the DPS, the shield is too small to be relevant for a Tank. Use Shadowmend to keep Atonement on the tank. Halo is really strong for an AoE burst. Shadowmend is beefy and very efficient, using it instead of Smite in high damage situations is fine. If you see things starting to god south pop a cooldown before you really feel like you need it, the biggest factor as Disc really is pre-empting things, and that means using cooldowns "early" compared to other classes.

Clarity of Will is really good.

yeah that's sure true, I think legendaries being 4-10% for most cases is enough to be fun and exciting, but not gamebreaking, and maybe a bit more strong if they're aoe legendaries

but when they're as crazy as the ret cape, the fire mage bracers, holy priest cape, or boomkin hat are all big offenders, that although they needed nerfing, some specs like boomkin need buffs to compensate that nerfing as getting ED and 30% haste as a boomkin basically meant you would be topping dps in a lot of fights from being garbage

I really need some help here.
I have five bags ranging from 22-30 slots full of artifact power items plus my entire main bank tab but I cannot decide which spec to dump them into.

Marksmen or Beastmastery. I enjoy both, so that isn't the issue. I want to play marksmen, because I get to feel like I am actually attacking and doing something.
However when it comes time to solo elites or do world quests, I can't help but play beastmaster because it's just so much better at handling aggro.
Any hunters out there with an opinion? Will marksmen ever get good enough that I can burst down things and worry less about aggro management?
I also pvp fairly often, but find they both have strengths and I have no preference there.

This's been the most dead Monday night I've seen for PUGs since Legion launched.
I used to be able to get a group for a +10 Keystone together in 15 minutes, it took an hour to do it with the same dungeon tonight, that's fucking nuts.
I just opened a group to start a fresh Heroic Emerald Nightmare with the gear floor set to 865 and it took 10 minutes for even one DPS to apply.
People are losing steam, they'd better drop 7.1.5 or do something real interesting real soon

On one hand, the legendary really was too strong and needed to be brought in-line with others. On the other hand, it was the main thing bringing moonkin dps up in the logs so they were middle of the pack. Now it's dead unless they buff moonkin baseline to compensate for it. At least I don't have to worry about getting it anymore. Also, congrats to people with Oneth's Intuition. It's probably bumped up to 2nd BIS now.

Blizzard's been teasing them as a playable race ever since the burning crusade and my load's about to blow.
One of the few morphing trinkets in the game that comes full with emotes and battle capability is the Time-lost figurine, which shows they have animations for almost everything already. Draenor has the Arrakoa outcasts as a faction complete with voice lines when you talk to them and shit.
LITERALLY the only thing missing from them being a playable race at this point is a fucking select button on 'choose your race'
