Priority is still a term that's used, it's just not like how it used to be. Priority is the term used for when you're allowed to do something. I.E. if it's an open game state (like when a player enters their Main Phase 1), then have priority to do something, then, if it starts a chain, their opponent can chain something that triggers from it, or, if the turn player doesn't have anything that triggers, a Quick Effect.

Rebellion Dragon still seems better than Raging. Cause in the emergency I summon one of them via Absolute, Rebellion on death blows up the remaining scales for shenanigans. Raging may have a better monster eff, but it's even rarer to summon one of those dragons via proper xyz with xyz
