Honestly, if Nullifiers didn't dispel abilities, and could actually be killed by sniper rifles somehow, I think they'd be perfectly balanced. At that point they're a glorified Arctic Eximus that protects against Tenno AoEs and CC, so they're still a threat without being retarded.

Hell, give a ~4 second window before they dispel an ability and they'd still be balanced.
