An example:

Basically, your ranking is largely affected by how well your teammates do with you on their team as compared to when you're not.

All it has to do is check after each game to see if your teammates did better than their own averages.
Then it could factor in your teammates rate of improvement to your ranking.

A lot of people complain about having to deal with D.Va, but honestly she's not that bad at all. She's certainly nowhere near as annoying as Roadhog.

Tracer, s76 and Reaper absolutely annihilates her, she's easy to toe around too if you have a speedboosting Lucio near you (which is 80% of the time). She's definitely nowhere near as annoying as Roadhog.
