First off, 42 points gives one full bar of stamina/ki. Going to 50 is just a waste. Second, I reccommend having more points in Basic Attack than in Ki Blast Supers. Basic Attacks are your main source of damage. It's not bad to have high Ki Blast Supers though. Even I have a high amount of points there. In case you didnt already know, the total amount of points that you get is 332.

Next, I reccommend that you get a level 5 QQ bang (some people prefer level 4 though). The best one you can have is +15/-9, but those are extraordinarily rare. I can post info on how to get a better QQ bang later if you want.

In case you're curious, here's how my points look: 65, 0, 42, 125, 0, 120
And this is what my QQ bang looks like: +5 +5 +5 -3 -5 -2.

The easiest would be PQ04, since you're just fighting the Z warriors. But you do have to beat Krillin, Yamcha, and Tien before the time patrollers show up. Then there's another PQ, I can't remember what it's called but it's the one where you fight the Ginyu squad split up into two different areas. In this one, the time patrollers are right at the start of the mission, and if they're not there you can just restart to try and get them.

As for what gets you the most chances to fight time patrollers, I don't know.

I got the Extra Dose, which attacks are Green/Purple themed.
Training gear which consist of typical martial arts movies moves, complete with Dragon Fist.
Lazy Day which has Body Change.
Festive which has Green/Red based moves, as well as an Ice Ult and Present For You.
Finally the Team Custen gear which is a combo of mine and Custard's default movesets, complete with Final Kamehameha.

So, Instant Transmission for one. Whis himself teleports almost everywhere he goes. I can't see anyone like him dashing about for extended periods of time although PvP is such that you probably will be anyway.

Well, this preset is for the time Majora died, and took up boxing in the Other World. Forces Ki to her arms and feet, allowing her to use moves like Super Dragon Flight and Eagle Kick. Unfortunately, she's still a novice at this, so when she uses one of those attacks it usually leaves her wide open for a few seconds before she recovers.

Win rate isn't shit. I lost 30 matches in a row to someone but got progressively better because of it, and if you take those off my % I'd probably be at around a 70% win rate.

That, and you get people who have higher win rates cause they rely on "meta" type shit, like GoD Anger, Go Go Gum, Mystic Flash spam.

I was trying to make it work earlier as well. Seems like your best bet is to light stamina break and then use it, but then again, if you manage a stamina break there's way better uses of your Ki and time.

How to fix Justice Combination:
- Increase ki cost from 300 to 400
- Increase the cooldown time if you whiff it (Look at God Breaker for reference)
- Reduce damage to ~Super Kamehameha levels

I can't remember if it is already or not, but if it's not it should be vanishable. That should make people have to actually think about setting it up instead of just spamming it as soon as their opponent dips below 3 bars of stamina.

So what, PvP matches should be decided by whoever gets the other person in a combo first? Ultimate attacks are just that, "ultimate" attacks. The super attacks in the game fit the role you are describing perfectly, ultimates are not (and shouldn't be) designed to just be more-powerful super attacks. They're a completely different category. You're describing a system where every combo string ends with an ultimate attack, and unless you have 3 bars of stamina to evasive it you are going to eat 1-2 full HP bars of damage.

The exact same tools are available to you as are available to the AI. If the AI tries to fire an ult at you then you can fly up to them and charge a heavy attack to break their stamina, or you can do a reverse burst dash to automatically break their stamina, or you can use an evasive move like Hyper Movement to automatically break their stamina.

Also it's your fault if you get stamina broken for trying to fire off an ult without setting it up properly first.
