Not before it does quite a lot of damage. The point is that 99% of the ultimates in the game require some level of skill to set up beforehand, Justice Combination is an outlier in the sense that it requires no setup, just stun them with a basic attack and then let it rip. It's low risk, insane reward. You don't even get punished much if you whiff it. Not to mention that it only uses 300 ki but has the accuracy/damage of 400-500 ki ults.

Yes, strikers don't have a lot of good moves, but this one is completely busted. I guarantee anyone defending it has it perma locked-in on all their presets.

My problem with Mystic Flash is that you can bump into them during the animation and startup, and it will move the character, but not the actual beam, which will lead to you getting hit by the actual beam.

I feel like a lot of Frieza's forces could have been convinced to turn good if they'd seen Frieza get his ass handed to him. It is bad enough you have to search the map while looking for tiny glowing spots, but the area where it is supposed to be more common, Bamboo Forest, is fucking awful.

Most of the time i go there, i only manage to find ONE single item, while every other area has 3-4 at least. Thats without mentioning the times the only item i found was in front of the fish, which is always something worthless like a Scale.

To make it even worse, you cant even fly above it to locate everything because of the fucking bamboo covering the area. Meanwhile Arale Shit Stick ks everywhere.
