Anyone know what causes this? After resting guards just 'appear' then move out

I notice it with npcs and such when i have just slept at an inn, suddenly 20+ people spawn and are moving out to their locations

i dont remember it so much in classic but then again i never played with fast travel off so im sleeping/resting lots more

Also, i know its been said before but whats a good way to resample images for posting? When I took this it was 4mb so couldn't post, took it into corel and now it looks like shit.

So I used Papyrus Data Transfer to pinpoint the mod causing the sudden assraping save bloat I experienced and it was, oddly enough, CACO (Complete Alchemy Overhaul).

I am using XPMSE.
That's why I'm able to scroll to the shield styles in racemenu, but xpmse doesn't come with any.
It just assumes you have DSR installed, and if you don't you uncheck the style fitting animations for shields.

So magic in Vanilla skyrim sucks compared to weapons for the following reasons:

>Player magicka regen in combat is 3 times slower than NPC magicka regen in combat
>Fire is automatically best element against non-Dunmer because it's cheapest, does the most damage, and lights people on fire.
>Shock is bad because it costs more magicka than either frost or fire
>Frost is bad because so many enemies are Nords and it's still more magicka expensive than fire
>Can't boost spell damage with enchanting, only lower the costs
>Weapon damage can be improved by Smithing, Alchemy, and Enchanting, spell damage is only boosted by Alchemy, and that's only temporary.
>Spell damage/duration/magnitude doesn't scale with skill level
>Duration/Damage to magicka cost ratios get worse with higher level spells.
>NPCs can regenerate magicka while casting, putting up infinite wards to block your spells with.
>you yourself can't regenerate magicka while holding or casting a spell, so you can't do the same thing to them

no matter what I do, fnis crashes when I close it, and the actors always stand there in a t-pos. xpmsse works fine if I don't use fnis, but fnis ALWAYS crashes, and is clearly not finishing something. afaik, I'm doing it the same way I did with oldrim.

The preset developed a bad neckseam somewhere along the way, so I have to start over almost completely. Well, not completely, since importing the head in sculpt with some masking and smoothing seems to work, but none of the tints, overlays, or any of that are there. So back to the beginning again.

If anyone is interested, I finally just figured this out. For MO2+SSE you have to create links of TESV.exe and SkyrimLauncher.exe for the new files. FNIS looks for these first and apparently runs the 32bit version instead if it finds them. So I temporarily removed them, ran fnis, put those links back and ran sse as normal, and it all works good now. 8)

Also messed with enb saturation and turned that shit down about 0.50 degrees and holy shit the land looks so much nicer without colors buttfucking my eyeballs like some LSD trip.
