Nemi's an Earthling from Universe 12. A total nerd and hikki, Nemi's only noteworthy qualities were her incredible incompetence, weakness, and yet unlimited potential were she actually to get up and do something.

Sadly, this wasn't to be, as after Earth 12 was destroyed for the thirteenth time in ten years and wished back, she managed to die for real by tripping on her cat and falling down three flights of stairs.

With nothing to do whatsoever in the Otherworld, being neither virtuous enough for reincarnation or malevolent enough to be sent to Hell, Nemi decided to overcome her boredom by training and ultimately discovered that she was quite the talented man-puncher. In fact, her seemingly boundless growth in ability so impressed the Kais that they lent her to the Time Patrol on a conditional basis: She'd punch evildoers and help out the Supreme Kai of Time, and in exchange she'd be able to work up to getting her body back.

I'll repost my backstory from a few threads back.

>In a nutshell, like most Saiyans, my CaC was in Frieza's Army, conquering planets so they could be sold to interested parties. Well one such party was the CEO of a pan-galactic mining corp who had started receiving death threats due to his company's policies of buying planets and strip mining them into lifeless husks of useless rocks. So he approaches Frieza and requests that, rather then selling him a planet like usual, he'd like to buy one of Frieza's men to use as a bodyguard.

>Frieza found the request so unusual, as well as this client being one of his more favoured ones due to volume of purchases, he decides to just gift him one of the Elite Saiyan warriors under his command, cause it wasn't like he was going to run out anytime soon, as this was long before the rumors of a Legendary Super Saiyan surfaced.

>Thus starts my CaCs career as a bodyguard. At first he's little more then a brute in a suit, an attack monkey on a chain, but as he spends time with the CEO and adjusts to life as a bodyguard, he becomes calmer and more refined.

>After Freiza's defeat at the hands of Goku, the CEO's corp starts to downsize, as they can no longer acquire planets cheaply and sustainable mining isn't as profitable. The CaC remains as the CEO's bodyguard, but starts to take on other mundane duties as well, over the years becoming more of a butler as the corp gets smaller and smaller.

>Then he hears about the Time Patrollers from a colleague of a colleague and it stoked his warrior spirit back to life. By this time the CEO had grown old, his mining corp a failure since he lacked the business sense to keep it afloat without having access to entire planets worth of resources to freely mine, and the death threats has long since stopped rolling in. So my CaC formerly resigns as the CEO's bodyguard and butler, and goes off to join the Time Patrollers.

Nomi WAS Nemi. Sort of. Being a malevolent Kai apprentice planning for the cleansing of all mortals, starting with the insipid Earthlings, many preparations were made to ensure that this Kai could do so personally.

Unfortunately, one really should be careful of the wording of their wishes, because you might just end up with a completely untrained and generally worthless body notable only for its supernatural incompetence and POTENTIAL for power.

After a few months of intense training just to regain the ability to fling a simple ki blast, she decided to try and assassinate the King of Earth by flinging a charged ki blast into the King's palace. What ACTUALLY happened was that a spacefaring villain used Instant Transmission to warp himself down with intentions of doing the same thing, and placed himself in the blast's path by accident, causing his rather abrupt obliteration.

Cheered as a hero, the exhausted body-thief was asked her name, responding with "N-not Nemi.." Which was misheard as Nomi. Now famous, Nemi attempts to wipe out mankind continued only to build her reputation as a hero, culminating in the destruction of the Moon- which was actually the Medium Gete Star trying to rebuild its army, thus saving the entire universe. This finally got the attention of the Time Patrol and she was grudgingly inducted into its ranks.

Learning what happened to her other universe counterparts made biding by Chronoa's directions a little more tolerable. Where better to lay low and try to regain your lost power?

A low class saiyan that came from the era where the Saiyans worked under Frieza. Just like the average saiyan she enjoys fighting strong opponents and will abandon her mission objective to fight whatever planet's champion her team happens to be invading, resulting in her gaining many boosts in power thanks to her saiyan biology. She is by no means a fighting expert and prefers to use brute strength to win her battles.
After another successful planet invasion, she headed for another Frieza controlled planet known for it's parties, to celebrate. During this her home, Planet Vegeta, was destroyed by Frieza along with her comrades. Upon hearing the news she fell into a deep depression and lost her will to fight. Wandering from planet to planet looking for some purpose, until she stumbled upon a world that had been drained completely of all its life, thanks to the Tree of Might. After eating one of the fruits, she felt a surge of energy flow throughout her body and with it, a new purpose of becoming the strongest surviving saiyan, so that she may take over Frieza's throne.
She now wanders the galaxy, planting new Trees on unsuspecting planets to add to her growing power, while also trying to locate the whereabouts of any Saiyans so that she may best them in combat as a test of her strength.
While she is now stronger than before, she is also addicted to the fruit from the Tree of Might after relying on it's power enhancing affects, and at times will have anger fits, or will feel like her whole body is in pain if she goes long without eating a fruit.

Most I've got figured out at the moment is that Parsa is a full Saiyan that was warped away from Planet Vegeta moments before the planet was destroyed. It turns out that someone at, then Tokitoki city, had made a wish to save a bunch of younger saiyans so they all wouldn't just die, and were recruited into the time patrol to do good.

She doesn't have her tail as she couldn't control her Great Ape transformation, so it was removed to prevent unnecessary damage to the city.

She's still studying, though teachers saw her potential and she was eventually recruited to help out with the main quest of Xenoverse 2.

She looks up to the Xenoverse 1 protagonist with immense respect and always feels like she's in her shadow, and refuses to admit she's more powerful or anything like that even though she's been able to get to SSJ3.

Satsu (derived from Satsumaimo, the Japanese term for Sweet Potato) came from Planet Vegeta prior to it's destruction by Freeza. He and his squadron were taking over a world for Freeza's army when the non-Saiyans on the crew turned on everyone and destroyed the ship's engines, causing it to crash on the desolate world below. Being a Duke back on Vegeta, he had to learn to fend for himself, eventually mastering his skills as a hand to hand fighter and fending off armies of the local populace whenever there was a full moon. Eventually taking on a more tribal group of the planet's inhabitants, he began to teach them fighting skills and Ki control before taking a city for their own, only to be quite ironically killed by one of his retainers via poison. When brought into the Time Patrol, he was much against being treated as a subordinate, but never one to back down from a challenge, he eventually rose through the ranks until he reached the position that he has had to this day.

Sour Patch used to work as muscle for hire before becoming a Patroller. Beating people up was easy, kinda fun, and she got paid pretty well for doing it. She quit after a while though, after a few events transpired to make her re-evaluate her life. She loves a good fight, though she hates bullies, thinking them cowards who can't fight anyone stronger than themselves, and because they remind her of what she used to be like.

Fiercely loyal to those she respects, usually that respect is earned either by receiving a good ass kicking, or by not acting like a cocksucking asshole. She can act a little cold at times but her intentions are usually good, at least now anyways. Makes a good wingmate for getting sloshed at the bar, but expect drunken bravado contests when the liquor starts pouring.

Has a real potty mouth, a carry over from the old days, and works as a bouncer for a club when not patrolling.

Likes geeky things like vidya and animu, but keeps that facet of her personality on the down low, gotta protect her image and all that

Been playing Fusions. Got a few questions.

Why are some Streetpass Fusions greyed out? I've been using Homepass to try and get some hits, because literally no one else in my town went out and bought it. (I swear to god, if this doesn't get a sequel.) but some of the fusion partners are greyed out, or I just keep getting the same hits.

Also, can you get Gotenks/SSJ Gotenks/SSJ3 Gotenks separately from fusing Goten and Trunks? Like via rifts?

Also, why the fuck is it that every time I get an A, S, or G rank rift, there are NO recruitable/scoutable characters in it. Best I get is some DB History after the fight.

She is a person who would be a villain if she weren't, by dint of sheer coincidence, working for the "right" side. Vegeta just isn't as good as goku. He only achieved SS2 by cheating with the Majin spell, and he likely wouldn't be able to get to SS3 without great effort, which was kind of pointless because 1) The form is hyper inefficient and 2) By the end of Dragon Ball he'd given up on trying to surpass goku by any means necessary.

Then along came super and he became SSB without the ritual because Super is stupid like that.

Male majins actually have damage reduction with high stamina and higher damage with low stamina. That alone makes them probably the worst race pick since no other race/sex combination has a crippling drawback like this. But they're actually fairly tanky if you invest in health and stamina. He also hadn't given up on surpassing Goku by any means necessary; he'd actually taken the first step. Vegeta swallowed his pride and admitted to himself, for the first time, Goku was stronger. This is shown in Super when Vegeta fights Beerus and he remarks that Vegeta has surpassed Goku.

It's my personal theory that the Majin power-up didn't actually do that much for Vegeta, and his transformation into SS2 was triggered by the anger he felt at himself for throwing his pride and family away. That said, he did say that he could've defeated Dabura where a SS2 Gohan was struggling, but Vegeta is known for his bluffs and we know he was saying that just to get Babidi to try to turn him.
