So I've been trying a muramana guinsoo build on kog'maw but I'm not sure what order to buy the things in.

Manamune first item to get muramana as fast as possible, aftwards I built hurricane but felt a bit weak. Then I needed lifesteal from botrk and we won before I got to guinsoo since this build is expensive as fuck.

What order would you buy it? Manamune into Guinsoo? Or botrk before guinsoo? Maybe skip hurricane or buy it 5/6th item?

Now do note that ghostblade is not totally shit on him, yes the damage lost from the no attack speed hurts but the armour pen is still ~there~ and the move speed is very nice and very needed on jhin. Duskblade is a no, you picked it up to mimic zed and with that gone and lethality taking its time to ramp up just ignore it.

back to the zeal items, rapid > shiv is not divine law but a rule of thumb, if you're one those autists that doesn't level flowers until 10 or some shit get shiv first as it will let you clear with some form of worth and safety. Also if your procing shiv on your fourth shot your are also naturally getting its enhanced damage so if your find yourself in a situation where you can plink the enemy with your whisper crit safety get a shiv first.
