you can do that by going to the PQ & battle booth area, between them, on the other side of the fountain area, there's a little capsule house where you can become a team leader
once you do that you can invite people from their play data page, which you can get to in numerous ways

don't say recruit because that makes it sound like fusions, where you actually recruit people

This is the first game in years to have this effect on me, but as soon as I saw the intro, Conton City and all the familiar characters around me I was drawn deeply into the game and played for 12 hours straight. It cured my game impotence and made me feel like I did when I was 13, starting Everquest 2 and being blown away by everything.

Now that I have 120 hours booked in the flaws are more apparent, but I'm still glad I picked this up and I love you guys. Though I should probably have been there for the first game

Each race and gender has an unique design - the fusion can't change the race and gender of the avatar, so it'll always be the same even after the avatar fuses. Skin color is the only thing that changes based on the individual character that initiates it (so, you could end up with a green Ultra Fusion if you fuse with a Namek).

I think the outfit color is also influenced by the participating characters, but I'm not sure how it's determined.

DB Super, like most anime, is written by multiple script writers in rotation. Based on magazine summaries, Trunks was supposed to train with Vegeta and power up from that, explaining why he did better against Black after going back to the future. However, in the anime itself, the "training" ended up being just one sparring session. However, every single other writer pretty much ignored that and went with what was meant to happen. You know those NPCs located under the world map? Well apparently those screens you bring up when you pause are also located somewhere. Go to that shaded area under the Dragonball Pedestal near the Bamboo Forest and open your equipment menu. You should be able to see the pause screens in the background and rotate them around with your character. It doesn't show up in many other places besides this general area as far as I can tell.

Well purely from a minmax perspective: Health is the least valuable for QQ bangs with each arrow representing 8 stat points, then the damage stats with each representing 10 points. Ki and stam is the most valuable with each one representing 16.8 points.

This means it's better to use QQ's for ki and stamina, and make up for the other stuff with your base character stat allocation. If you want the extra health, you want to have the minus spread whatever you prefer of the attack stats, since having +5 ki and stam is like having +168 stat points.
I think basic attack is the least affected by stat points, with 125 totaling about a 7% modifier (heresay, haven't tested it), so i'd personally have -5 basic and -Strike or Blast depending on your preference. The points you save by having ki and stamina maxed on the QQ bang you can allocate on your basic attack on your base build to make up for it.
