Your 1 and 2 drops should go uncontested for a few turns. Then Floral Fencer is huge on your first evolve turn. They can't deal with everything you dump at once. A big Seibah will fuck them up quite badly. Drop Otohime on empty boards to make them sink their resources trying to clear you. Buff when the opportunity presents itself. It isn't rocket science matey.

You either reroll 200 times (and grind the early easy gold on every one) to get a deck like the ones i mentioned, or buy a SHITLOAD of packs and melt the legendaries into what you need (unless you're REALLY lucky) at a ridiculous loss of value. Quite telling that you mention "functional deck" when the context is "hypersynergetic 3 legendaries minimum decks". You're right in that it's possible to get 3+ legendaries fairly easily if you melt EVERYTHING outside of that specific deck but that isn't particularly appealing in any way/shape/form.

Also, there seems to be some sort of winrate limiter because i mostly encounter the 12-20k vial shit during (or after rather) a winstreak. Possibly matches abnormally high winrate players together. I got to C0 with nothing above silver cards btw, could probably continue but i don't see the point, i'd like to actually stand a chance against the tryhards.
