Well yeah that shit is fucked, I can see how Goku would hate him, but Vegeta... killed a bunch of Goku's friends and nearly destroyed the planet and everyone on it. Hell, he was even more forgiving to Freeza, who killed Krillin, genocided a planet, nearly killed Piccolo, killed Vegeta, and whose men nearly killed his son.

Just feels weird that he'd be willing to show mercy to Freeza (even if it was to humiliate him).

In theory being "yes men" would mean the exact opposite. It implies potential to become greater than their station. Raditz more so than Nappa though because Nappa is in his 50's by the time he reaches earth so being a dick is well-entrenched in his being.

Raditz popped up out of nowhere during peacetime, spouted what sounded like bullshit, then immediately kidnapped Gohan. Now there's no real plot-relevant reason to bring him back, unless Toriyama ever came up with some crap about Goku needing to know more about his family history for some reason, as an example.

i haven't looked into what strings combo into headbutt yet, but as you can see there's still like 4 bars of stamina regen worth of time

also it's not with infinite stamina IIRC

if you have 10 bars you can do it 5 times, I have very low strike super as well, so I imagine it'll do 2.5k-3k per use on a strike character
that's 12.5-15k of unavoidable damage off a stamina break without any attacks between the headbutts

that's pretty fucking insane dude

You probably have a better chance to win as a series character than with a cac in PVP if you learn to master said characters combo system, since most people only need to adjust to eight fighting styles (one for each CaC race).
Playing a canon character can throw them in for a loop, just ask Matos AKA Black Goku.

What proof is there that Whis is stronger than Beerus? I have trouble believing the god of destruction is weaker than his servant.

Beerus strength seems to continually be way stronger than whatever threat is out there when it makes no sense since he was fighting a much weaker goku at the beginning of the series.

Roster characters are very competitive with the exception of some like Hercule/Appule (Though it is possible to cheese your way to a victory with characters like this). A lot of them have very powerful combo strings and they're usually designed to go hand in hand with the character's supers/ults. In the hands of a skilled player roster characters are probably more powerful than CaCs. CaCs only dominated in XV1 so much because of all the broken z soul builds and how much damage you'd get by maxing out a certain attack attribute.

I like it. Not being able to fuse anyone to anyone is really lame, especially with all the CaC-style randos you can pick up. Also, your moveset is reaaaaaaaally limited. You only really get access to moves outside of what your race selection (also maybe when it asks you between ki/melee influences your moves list?) gives you when you fuse with someone else. And you can look really ugly, pic related, when fused with some people just because you want access to a specific move/set.

Hairstyles are really limited too, surprising me. The CaC randos get way more options and it kind of bugs me that you can't select from the same pool they have.

So, if you're fine with those limitations on your Donut Steel, the gameplay otherwise is quite fun. Tactical, but not really that challenging so far. (just finished the tournament in case people who have played it are wondering what part I'm at) Compared to pokemon, it's a fair amount easier if you're the sort who doesn't really grind your pokes.

You're also, strangely enough for a fanservice game, cut off from most of the cast for a long time. Trunks, Goten, Pan and Kid Goku is your main crew and you collect like 18, Krillin, Yamcha, Tien, Chaiotzu, Bulla, Kid Gohan, Bardock, Gine and Nail fairly easily along the way. Kind of a weird selection.
