You know how some games you feel like it could just be the one and only game you feel like you'll ever need to play for the forseeable future? For me overwatch doesn't feel like this. I was upset about the $80 AUD price tag about 10 hours into the game purchase as there is just shit all to do, there was literally quick play and comp mode. Since then they've brought in brawls and the arcade mode, but i feel like those should have been with the game on its release. There is fuck all to do in this game and I feel like blizzard are dedicating too much to sucking off their little WoW dicks because of the monthly sub fee and not making overwatch better.

Furthermore, the game is intrinsically inbalanced.

Why do some heroes have an E and a passive, and some do not? Why do some heroes have a Shift, E, Left click, Right click modifier, a passive and a 2nd weapon and the others dont? Why didn't they seriously just give every hero the same amount of abilities, be them passive or weapon modifiers? what the fuck? Where is bastions passive?

Damn, you are bad. Tracer isn't effected by it to be honest unless one happens to sweep onto you after reaching full charge and even then if you have rewind you are fine.

And taking out the generator with Tracer's ult is pretty amazing since you can ignore the Symmetra completely which pretty much nobody else can do. I was constantly killing Winstons and anyone else that thought they could come take it out by themselves...but can't do anything about Tracer.

Are you really complaining that it takes an ult to counter an ult? That's how it should have always been to begin with. And a Symmetra beaming Tracer for 2 whole seconds only does 90 damage

It takes more than 2 seconds to kill a Tracer, and that would only happen to VERY, VERY bad Tracers since as soon as the tether is on them they should blink out of range which isn't even a second.

Now if she has the beam fully charged beforehand then you could be gibbed in a second...but you were still pretty ignorant of what was going on and still had time to use rewind at minimum to save yourself.

Tracer hard counters Symmetra atm, sorry if you aren't good enough to see that.

Anyone else have a similar experience to this

>Play as Reinhardt shortly after getting into Overwatch
>End up hating it because of how slow he is and generally not being very good at playing him
>After spending more time playing the game and getting experience with other heroes get back to playing Rein
>Am now actually quite good at playing him and really enjoy it, know how to turtle properly and assist my team in making a push, which heroes to hit with his ranged attack, when and who to charge, etc

Legit I have barely played Reinhardt but he is one of my most successful heroes. I have not lost a single defensive game when using him.

It's just amazing how much of a difference his presence makes to the flow of the match. The enemy heroes all back off and your whole team can start moving forwards. Occasionally you can pull off a clutch Q and knock down most of the enemy team.

I generally don't get many eliminations but blocking 30 thousand points of damage and winning the match for the team due to the slowdown my blocking provided is how I show that I did a good job.
