ClosedQuest gave delicious chicken ass and was more relevant to /5N@F/ as a whole though, with a structure that tied closer to the games. If you switched some names around, GQ could be completely detached from FNAF and nothing would change. In this sense you could say GQ has more creative and colorful characters, but that's because there was no template to work from, GMF managed to make her characters strictly using FNAF1 as a template and made it work. An outlandish story that breaks confines is impressive, but equally if not more impressive is managing to make a story work in quest form in a very strict, contained structure like GMF did.

Imagine if CQ came out a bit earlier, say around the time FNAF3 came out, it would have been a behemoth here.

Both quests were relevant to /5N@F/ for different reasons, and also handled their ties to the source material in different ways. CQ focused more on the victims' tragic pasts and motif for being murderbots, while GQ focused more on events leading up to the murders. The name swap thing falls apart because GQ focused heavily on the murders involving Purple, the events leading up to it and the convoluted reason as to why he did it. Even during the quest, it's revealed why the bots are what they are, and in Oracle's case, a background on what the pizzeria was like prior to the murders. In addition, I have to give credit to GQ for being able to tie-in the events of TWY and Mangled to Pieces into its story, while also setting the stage up for Dust Bunny as well. You can give credit to GMF for sticking closer to the source material, but I have to give equal credit to Ghost for managing to stick with his own lore while managing to still be related to FNAF. That, and the sheer impact that GQ had on the board from OC content, to the memes, waifu and discussion of the quest that was brought forth.

Also, GMF's Chica never appealed to me, but to each their own I guess.

FNAF World PCs are just characters from a haunted game that pull from the main universe. Cathy Chica =/= FNAF World Chica/Phantom Chica in any way. Don't worry.

Also the reason the ghost changed is experimental, maybe not permanent yet, but I always through it would be interesting to take the portrayal of ghosts in a new direction in that the spectral form still ages after death, even when when the ghost gets so old and wrinkled the flesh peels away and it's just bones moving around on loose rotting tendons and muscles, puppeteering their burnt animatronic husks. Creepy in a way you don't usually see with ghosts and a chance to draw newer, more creative content with the Ghost Kids of FNAF 1. I REALLY want to make more FNAF3 content, Dust Bunny is there but it's more post FNAF3, I'd love to dive into what it was like for Chase when he dealt with Dusty when she was Springtrap and the Phantoms of the FNAF1 cast haunting the establishment.

Maybe Freddy or Baby's chest should pop open and reveal their bloodied storage tank, or the outline of a human writhing around inside. Ballora's jump scare could be heralded by the dancing Minireena, which increase by two each time you look away from them. Six minireenas and it's death. Really, none of the animatronics should be screaming, since they can all talk to you.

Hallucinations- Ennard's mask could be upside down. This sounds pretty stupid on paper, but it'd make for an uncanny imagery.

It's half and half for me so far. I want the Phantoms to be isolated aesthetically from the FNAF1 cast. Not just the robots but the ghosts as well. Obviously some would be more miserable than others, but I like aging them up to match their 'bodies'. And while the last two images have been sorta lighthearted (okay one was excitement to finally die but whatever) it wouldn't downplay the misery, and the outfits are just for fun on my part and wouldn't be there in canon. It's not set in stone, and mostly just because I need some practice drawing people and coloring.

Somewhere along the way a veritable supervillain of a namefag shitposted our thread into a shitflinging battlefield, where toxic hateanons fought cancerous whiteknights.
There's a bunch of different skype groups now, and I've got no idea why.
Then a fanfic about being roommates with cute furry versions of the animatronics really blew the fuck up in popularity, and has been running for 43(!) chapters, so far.
Then a lolicon drew a a cute comic about the kiddy killer sympathizing with one of his victims and trying to become less murderous, but he left it unfinished.
We had a /tg/-style quest, it was shit.
We had eight new games or so, they were all varying degrees of shit, some of them actually kinda decent, none of them as good as the first one.
We tried to make our own game around eight times, we failed all of them.
We found out God's working on it. He's working on it.
Oh yeah, we've got a bunch of private /5N@F/ memes, they're beautiful.

I don't know, man. I'm sure there's a lot more things I couldn't remember right now. These have been some very eventful two years.

If you've been here a while you'd notice that artists tend to hit sweet spots, certain flavors that they like to draw. Back when there were more OCfags sometimes they'd hit the same topic together.

For instance, you wake up and see that Crisis drew Toy Bonnie in a nun outfit. He hit a spot, and he's likely to just draw that for a while, maybe four or five images because he hit his stride. GMF and Fansmut did this all the time, hitting a favorite character or design and making a miniseries out of them practically. Remember Bonnie's cum funnel? Sometimes these sweet spots aren't things everyone likes, but if an artist withholds content from the thread like Weaver did, the thread gets pissed at them. That dreg or content you don't like is an inevitability and going by the bans, the mods don't give a shit about fangames here. Bans and trash delivery are only given to threads for porn and too much off-topic discussion and thirstposting. Like 80% of this thread.

It's a sometimes kind of urge. Writing has never really been my strong passion, but I enjoy it when the inspiration hits. It'll probably get struck again at some point.
