No you can't. Every tank/healer who can run in TFT is already in their own statics and will never run outside of them even when every single person is full +15 vm8

You have to either make an LFG and spend 4 hours waiting for someone to join or wait 2 hours until a LFG that needs dps comes up then spend 1 hour waiting for them to find a mystic, then spend 3 hours wiping because the tank insta-dies to everything, and once you clear you lose every roll and walk away with none of the mats you need and if a design drops the money doesn't get split and the guy that won the roll puts you on his block list if you ask him about it.
