I want to see something done with shield operators. I don't know if they're hesitant to touch them because they're stronger on consoles, but enough is enough. Especially now with arm and torso damage being equal it's basically suicide if you're up against anyone who can aim.

Impact grenades need to do at least half damage against shield operators (and minimal damage against Montagne with his extended shield deployed) given how fast they're thrown, since they have no audible cue like nitrocell velcro.
Revert the damage multipliers on arms back to 0.75 for operators with a shield equipped.
A feature that hides your gun hand behind the shield until you're ready to fire would be nice.
Blitz could be 2 speed 2 armor like everyone's been asking for.
Give Montagne some explosive resistance while his shield is deployed.
If they finally decide to balance the game differently for PC and console, give PC shield operators a bigger shield. This could even help negate some of the bullshit headshots.

Glaz is a bit harder to balance than shields.

Give him an extra magazine.
Significantly increase the range at which damage dropoff begins to occur.
Significantly increase the damage at maximum range.
Increase the fire rate of his rifle.
Let his rifle bypass Rook armor. Defenders would take full damage and/or be instantly killed by a bodyshot.

At this point I would gladly accept a tradeoff of a lower rate of fire for less damage dropoff. I just want to one shot 3 speed operators and not have to be in their face to do so.

-Glaz should be a 3/1 instead of a 2/2, a sniper doesn't need armor and needs to relocate. He should get another mag and damage range increase. He should be allowed an ACOG, and increase his sight zoom to something meaningful, like 4 or 6x. Right now he's just a DMR that can switch from 1x to ACOG. He needs to be a sniper, someone you should fear peeking.

Depends entirely on how aware the public is of the operation. There was a show in which the guy, I think an ex navy seal, joins CTUs all over the world and spends a day in the field with them. When he went to an op with BOPE, they showed how the drug dealers put up concrete barriers in the middle of the streets so that the armored truck couldn't go through, which is essentially their only cover. So they set up dynamite (note: They already had dynamite in hand) and I will never forget how a Sgt elbows the Cpt and glances towards the camera as to signal him to not forget he's on TV. So the Cpt goes up to the houses that are on that same road, knocks on the windows and warns them that they're going to blow some shit up. And, of course, the woman that comes out is utterely confused because I am sure they never ever fucking warn anyone there about it.

So yeah, they're not RPG through the front door tier, but they're not very concernet about it either.

Max Payne 3 takes place in Sao Paulo, and so the UFE is based on a unit called ROTA. Those guys are actually infamous for commiting warcrimes, executing subdued criminals, torturing suspects, and on top it all being corrupt to the core, which is a major theme with UFE as well. Sure. Only Rio is "don't go out at night" tier of dangerous. Provided you don't live near ghettos or let your guard down when walking down a dark street at night, you'll be mostly fine. What I do to avoid muggins is to use streets that have pubs/bars open, which then guarantees that there will be people around.

It's not great, but it's not awful either. Could be a lot better, though.

to surprise people? try to take out as many drones as you can, try to take the long way to get behind people and try not making too much noise.
this probably means you have to crouch all the time, you will be slow, but if you have a definite direction to flank from in mind and start crouch walking there early, it beats aimlessly roaming.

if you are close to the enemy it's great to toggle walking while crouched to be extra silent.

I can't tell if this game is managed worse than the Division or not - Division started poorly but they are improving it drastically, where as Siege started out fairly good but it's only seem to have gotten slightly worse with ever patch over the last year.

The point isn't about setting up and running back to the objective room. The point is allowing him to control a large space as a roamer. The IEDs, even if the attackers spot them, take an extra few seconds to deal with that Kapkan could capitalize on.

Due to his speed he makes a poor roamer, and its in stark contrast to everything about his character. It's why you see people asking for the ACOG for him for the last 12 months.

He is only good at that because he's fat and he is forced to do it. Now you have Rook and Doc combo making a deadly combo defending the objective, synergizing together and with the whole team. Jaeger? Dude literally is meant to assist in defending the objective, but has the option of leaving. Same can be said for many other characters.

Frost would be a worse roamer than Kapkan, because her traps are actually still somewhat effective if placed in the objective room. Not entirely, but they are easy to miss sometimes and require multiple bullets. Ive seen them snap people on numerous occasions.

In nearly 300 hours I've never seen a Kapkan trap kill someone when placed on the objective room door. Its always if it's placed somewhere else on the map. A door they aren't expecting, or a side room they were a little careless looking into.

Meanwhile Kapkan isn't the roamer, but Frost is? Where is the logic behind that friend, obviously aside from movement speed.

She hard counters Pulse,Valk,Echo,Kapkan and on certain maps Bandit, Mute and Jäger.

Shes 3 Speed and hes some of the better guns in the game available to her.

You just have to realize that sound doesnt just travel straight trough walls. You can only hear someone through one if your both really close to the wall.
You have to know the layout of the map and think about the sound moving down corridors.

She acts as a hard counter to Valk and Echo only. She is a straight counter to Pulse, not a hard counter.

The other ones you mentioned aren't exactly worth bringing up, as they could really apply to anyone willing to shoot through a floor or ceiling to destroy a jammer for Thermite.

She is a terrible pick because the rest of the roster has so much more utility in the numerous ways a round can play out. The only redeeming quality is her raw speed, which both Ash, Cap and Hibana also have, and their team utility is way higher than IQ

I can't play all of a sudden, get a matchmaking error. I've been playing for a few hours now, only problem was a crash earlier.

Is anyone else experiencing hibanas launcher bouncing projectiles when you should have more than enough room? I've messed up beach holes because 2 of the canisters bounced off a wall that was just too close. On the other hand, a single stack of her projectiles can make better peek holes.

Has a lot do do with two speakers can't emulate all directions. Left and right are distinct images, but you can't discern other directions without context clues, or physically looking around.

This becomes an issue when moving makes noise!
