Probably. Obviously you'll increase your damage if you upgrade other skills (and some skills get huge bonus damage increases, see for example anything Proxima has), but it may or may not be worth it. I'm not deeply familiar with the math.

Buffs at least easy to see the effects of, as are clones. And the first level or two of skills are cheap (just 50k for the first one) so you may decide to do just that.

It won't, it'll just make you instantly be able to complete the task. Considering there's not many memes that aren't farmable and also able to use the selector, I'd say use the bios to max Hellstorm, and then either use the rest on Sharon's bios to work towards her T2, or... Well, that's honestly all I can suggest without going into "use selectors on farmable characters".

The epic quests only require you to have a character at a specific rank, they don't require you to rank them up while you're on the quest or anything like that, so no worries there. And you could certainly do worse than Hellstorm - he's farmable, but somewhat slow, and you have to be balls deep into the epic quest to get his mission.

Other than him I've got no real suggestions, most of my goons are farmable except Silk (who is admittedly pretty dang good).

Yes. The quest only wants you to have the characters at a certain rank, not that you specifically farm for them until that rank. It's why so many people got Strange on the first week, which should be impossible without tickets.

Anything that i can reliably get near enough 10 a day for is
irritating but more than farmable. Non guaranteed at least 5 a day is farmable but not feasible(gwenpool/clea), whereas Thor/Bb are annoying and slow but farmable. WW is annoying because of how much easier to farm through chaos tokens but he's the only use for my honor tokens so whatever, honor tokens, thor, bb, clea and bb are all characters i wouldn't necessarily advise against ticketing if you really like or need them.

Keep in mind I don't really care about any of the possibly upcoming Thor characters, except for Odin, and given that there's going to be new story chapters, there's a high chance that they'll be farmable anyway, so no, saving selectors for next week isn't an option for me.

SL selectors on Hellstorm and ticket on Satana is the only thing that makes sense.

Unless you have another character you'd rather use the SL bios on before him.

With all this talk of whales, I finally decided to tally up how much I'd spent in my 12 and a half months of playing.

So that comes out to about $10 a month and just barely making VIP 5. On one hand, that's still a lot to spend on a mobile game when that's almost 3 new console games worth, on the other, it's the only game that's still entertaining after a year of playing despite the sheer repetition of it.

I've been aiming for anything that gives all attack, energy/physical attack, cooldown reduction, and defense penetration as possible stats. There's quite a few farmable cards that work for this - Star-Lord #2 (Yondu rifts), Avengers #318 (Nebula rifts), Groot #5 (Groot rifts), and Drax #1 (Drax rifts).

What you want if you have literally no cards is cooldown reduction before anything else. Those cards would all have cooldown reduction as a possible stat at 4*, so I'd recommend going for them. Then you can work on replacing them with cards with more than just cooldown reduction over time.

Replace anything that doesn't have cooldown reduction with anything that does. Don't bother upgrading equipped cards, you're likely to just turn good stats into dead weight (that you can't even use as fodder). Just keep farming possible cards and upgrading them to 4* until you get one with cooldown reduction, swap out one of your existing ones, and move on to the next slot.

Just used a T2 ticket on Malekith - got 2 more left. Saving one for Satana (20/20/19/20) and one for the update.
Almost have enough BB bios (135/150) to take him to T2 with materials. After that, I think I'll finish off Supergiant.
For the time being, using SL selectors on Shang-Chi to max his gears to eventually take him to T2, unless 2.7.0 adds someone I'm interested in and they aren't farmable.
Also have two 6* mega rank-up tickets and 4* + 5* + 6* regular rank-up tickets, and another 6* rank-up ticket on the way from the check-in event.
