- Vengeful Heart running Nov.25th to Jan.31st. Currently dangerously ambigious about through how many ways the event characters can be obtained, since Senara (Red Mage/Sword Princess) is listed as joining the PoT in the notes.
- Invincible^ releasing Nov.25th. Ultima&Missile Cross, Ultima&Missile Ring, Extreme Magic and a 4th unknown skill. Still looks like Amano just vomitted on a piece of paper, but notes claim it'll also be available via PoF, which seems a little too good to be true.
- Grace^ will release Dec.2nd. Gigabow A1, CT+2, Gigabow Ring and Petabow make for a somewhat lukewarm skillset compared to Bahl^, but if the notes are correct she'll recode all the way to Z (Bahl^ is S). So at least her stats might make up for feeling like a weird Bonna^ copycat.
- New Kinos (Lich/Marilith/Mechanic), starting with Lich Nov.25th.
- New otomos. The 3 Peta-weapons get Z-class updates (effect tbc, since they appear to be chainable with no AoE?), there'll be a new staff for each primary AoE1 Peta-Magic, static 15% stat buffs that feel horribly overvalued at Z-class, as well as a fabulous Unicorn and Panda (+10/+30 Luck respectively), which will supposedly launch via Trading Post sometime.
- Character quests on the worldmap, starting with Bahl and Grace. Have a chance to get their recode-character Weapon-otomos of yet unknown effect (Bahl's a Sword, Grace's Poison type).
- Bahamut Eidolon for those who care.
- New players will get free Amimari instead of Amina. Also some new free stuff revolving around the number 5 (for whatever reason).

I'm not wild about new Kino dungeons overlapping with Vengeful Heart, but given that the latter will be around for two months it may be fine. The 15 stamina changes put 100 luck out of reach for a single duration anyway. May just have to settle for getting 100% SB and whatever luck along the way to buying what is good from the trading post and sinking the remaining stamina into VH. They'll rerun eventually, so I can finish off the collection in time.

Wondering if Senara will be TB's first limited-time gacha character, or if she will be a permanent addition. I've only got a handful of silvers left, so I should probably step it up and try to get to gold road. Switching to Amimari for new players has me hopeful that we'll see a recode for her in one of the surely forthcoming waves, since TB is clearly moving towards everyone having recodes.

Not him, but since there's a lot of Japs running the affinity buff I just go a Hammer user with Swimsuit and Bath Renge(the prevents status buff) with a regular Subaru Hammer. Not transform version as the MP drains fast under transform.

If the Swimsuit and Affinity buff are both active, the ice gorilla is basically disintegrated in a few charge hits.

The scorpion also takes massive damage if you can position yourself to hit the ice claw only, but that's a bit troublesome.

If you time the status immunity buff right, you basically cover all your team mates from getting killed with the grab and it lets the whole team just stick together and wail on the claw when it comes up. The Hammer charge hit can also hit the scorpion when he's below the surface.

Time the swimsuit buff for his inevitable emergence into his interrupt charge attack phase.

Not that I know of, but off the top of my head, you'll want each of the 2x elemental girls, and probably this guy since he's a low cooldown nuke that works well with the mentioned 2x.

List of quests with good drops. Of course higher difficulty = better skill. There's also niche pick like blind healer or sacrificial nuker, check the wiki.
You have to clear all of them at least once anyway for world pieces, used to unlock story quests.

I still don't understand co-op entirely. Throughout the fight Suzume only ever used her nuke instead of the buff. So it's really only leader skills that change?

Even without looking at his meme tiers, all the thunder weapons so far are trashy. Thunder transform effectively works as a -3 combo on a 13 combo skill since it'll be a given that you're going to carry -3 combo from passives if you're e-sporting. If it's on a lower base combo skill like Animal Kokomi, it'll be like a -1 or -2 combo so it's even more shit. Until thunder transform comes with combo reduction as well, it'll be a waste of time.
The maid hammer though, that thing lets you hit Hell difficulty enemies for over 100k damage per hit with Yukata Sadone after HP link, so at least that one's good. The twin bullet is pretty good too if there's a powerhouse skill for it to use.

How much skill burst on a weapon is equal to 100%? Or rather, how much does each level of skill burst add to skill damage %? I had a feeling the hammer could be good if you stacked on the skill burst sub weapons, but I wasn't sure if swimsuit Renge's buff was more efficient.

Skill Burst 5 is +100%. You can stack Skill Burst 17 on the hammer and that's +270%. It scales +20% for each level up to 10, and then +10% afterwards.

Thanks to based Alex, I finally got my first sleeping Buddhas. I could get the twins, too, but since my practice runs hovered around their score, I decided to go for the bigger chain and got way less time points. Funny how that works.

Anyways, how should I spend the Buddhas? I got Akira, Luna, Alice, Rou and Rosebank. Having pulled Souma yesterday makes water Rosebank seem like the best choice of them all.

Seeing how TB has always been the kind of game that gives you free stuff over time rather than for making it your day-job, you can't expect to get top-tier endgame stuff within a month or two, no. That team looks decent enough to start with, although Kei and Elena have overlapping actives. Don't forget that you can get a light orb changer from the friend gacha (and he's Transcendence). You can also use Mami, the light buffer, as she is Angra, although her descend is pretty tough, so she's not a top priority. Hazuki is a common gacha pull, so you can use her instead.

At least Lucia IV is harmless enough so that it's pretty poverty-luck-friendly and next to no challenge with a little bit above that. Penny Sherman's probably one of the strongest MTs DPS-wise, however as you've noticed, the normal Sherman is actually a prereq to things. Zoe's honestly pretty mediocre even as an N5 though.

Penny unfortunately doesn't lead to anything since there's no N6 Freedonian event tanks. However it's very likely she'll be a prereq if one ever does get implemented.

...actually thinking about it, she's a shoe-in prereq for that EN community Churblade tank being a US-Brit hybrid herself.

I'd probably get Penny(Firefly). Getting into N6 tanks rarely obsoletes any of your good N5s or even N4s. You're not in a real rush to get into N6 tanks since they require massive tech levels to offset the loss of equipment slots to be better than N5s.

It's one of the ways higher tiers are balanced with older ones while making it less of a penalty when fusing equipment into higher tiers as well.

Generally, the higher base stats on an N6 tank only start being really worth it at 36+ tech levels. At lower tech levels, even N3s and fated blues/purples are comparable due to the equipment slots while also having more versatility.

In that way progression to the endgame isn't really a bumrush to get the top N6 tanks and tank progression is more varied and meaningful. And when you do get to the endgame, instead of changing up equipment, your focus shifts to changing up tanks as your R&D page fills out.

I've been playing VC for weeks and only just noticed that you can skill up gear by fusing duplicates. All this time I thought dupes were just for reforging to a higher grade and that the only way to skill up was from skill up dagger/rings.

I just learned something too. That buffs stack up to only 50%. I've been wearing 20% Atk rings x3 + another Bangle of Strength forever thinking I'd get 75% Atk buff.
