It does, you'll note riot always ends their answers with "and other factors". I've gotten identical scores on identical champions in the same role, but if my team has more kills I get a lower grade. They don't make the system transparent because it could open for 'abuse'.

Nope. They all have something that allows them to hit a target beyond their 550 range. Twitch has his ult, kalista has her godly kiting, ez has his q and ult, mf has her ult, lucian has his q and ult, sivir has ricochet, Jinx has her AOE rockets, etc. All vayne has is one of the shortest range dashes that doesn't move her hit box and a range of abilities that just enhance her autos. The only one there that has nothing is Draven, since he's just like vayne. He's a high damage single target focused adc.
