HS has the best UI and is really smooth and easy to get into, with plenty of people to shitpost about the game with and a lot of material if you like watching streams for some reason. But being a blizzard phone game for children, it's the most dumbed-down and RNG-infested. Gets a relatively high amount of new content, but expansions and balance patches are often small and/or the opposite of what anyone actually wants.

Legends is somewhat similar to HS (no instants, attacker decides targets, guaranteed mana), but less RNG, bigger decks, and some unique-ish mechanics like lanes, runes and prophecies. Currently, it's really forgiving on the grind, especially given it has a solo arena mode that's pretty profitable, and it has TES flavor/fluff if you like that.

Shadowverse is despicable weeb trash with a cluttered UI. Might be an okay game buried in there, but I couldn't get past the art and voice acting to find out.

I find Shadowverse UI fine to play, but yeah the VA is pretty tragic. The evolve mechanic and arena in Shadowverse make it worth trying IMO, it's my favourite arena mode of those three games.
