Krupp is by far the most fleshed out, though if I were you I'd just wait for version 2.0 from that anon, there'll be some other, probably better stuff in it along with basic bugfixes.

The mod is neat, and I still really love it but it was my first project from years ago, before I really knew what I was doing or HPM existed so it's buggy, unfinished and not great in places.

HPM, I had an idea for a "reverse manifest destiny". The reason being that the land out west was uncolonised at the start, still full of Indians, in the event America becomes shit it would make sense for Mexico to expand into it, and makes a really fun game for a player. Here's the sort of conditions I think it would be fair to take it:

>Mexico is a GP
>USA, CSA, FSA, or any of the other american tags are not GPs
>ruling party is not pacifist
>Mexico owns all of it's cores
>literacy is atleast 25% (White man's burden and all that.)

If you agree they could have a decision after this, once they capture these cores, to expand to the "natural border" of the Mississipi river. That's a bit more controversial though as there were Yankees and Dixies there from start and some of those places are US states at start, it was sparsely populated though.

The reason I suggest this is because I played a Mexico game and America makes those places states in a few years, meaning every single one costs 11 infamy to take, which would mean 121 infamy for all of it, which seems excessive for a lot of deserts and mountiains where nobody lives. Alternatively you could make a North America specific CB which allows them to be taken for about one infamy each, but that could lead to Britain blobbing into the American west, which would be too memetastic.

I've personally used HIP and Gehmisnacht and can attest that both are gud. HIP tries to overhaul the base game while Gehemniesnacht tries to be its own thing in warhammer. I would say that overall Ghemesinacht is the better mod but you should start with HIP

I just did a quick glance but it looks like this luxury furniture factory is the most profitable (per worker) good to exist.

Interestingly, my liquor factories are failing to sell a small percentage of their output even as I'm importing about a quarter of my total national consumption. I thought domestic factories would always sell domestically first. I wonder if maybe the world market purchase amount is based on theoretical demand rather than actual demand (the difference between pop demand for a good and the ability of the same pops to pay for that good), thus, we import about 800 liquor per day to make our total daily supply equal to demand, but then the pops can't buy everything they demanded so some of the liquor production goes to waste. Does anybody actually know how this part works?

I think pops actually vote based on alignment of party issues to their own issues, so regardless of their apparently political alignment if they are 50% concerned about protectionism or something and the commies have protectionism you can expect a lot of the capitalist vote to go communist. Not that there's any way for you to tell specifically which party a given pop voted for in the election.

Looks like HPM either changed pop demand or stopped turning Indian wool into tea because the wool market is completely saturated. This province alone has contributed greatly to the Chinafication of Japan and Korea thanks to its abysmal employment rate. It's almost to the point where it's eligible to flip to another resource type, which I wouldn't mind as long as it was sulfur because the entire world can't produce enough sulfur to keep the Chinese army supplied with ammunition.

Also, why don't the immigration map colors work for my nation? They work for everybody else, as in, I can click on Germany and get the red/green immigration heatmap, but when I click on my China I just get the arrows.

Play as one of the daimyos. Starting as Japan itself is incredibly boring because there's so much less to do in the early game. Once you've united the islands you can attack southeast asia if korea and ming are still buddies. By that point ming should have exploded though.

I think there is need for other similiar "reverse" historicals in the game. How about if Korea is good enough, they would get their own Meiji and decicions to start conquering stuff around them, like unciv Japan?

Or France and Rhine? Or Canada/Britain to New England? There are already a good amount of "Make [Country] Great Again" decicions, but more of them will never hurt.

Also I think that a good solution to Scramble of Africa shit borders would be adding sort of Colonial Quests for colonial countries, like Cap-Cairo and West to East. Prestige and bonuses if you succeed, Prestige and bonuses if you fuck up someone elses plan for the same thing. Maybe the AI would understand it better if they gained claims around certain parts of africa.

I'd pick it up on the christmas sale since a 33% or even 50% discount would make it much more appealing, and I trust they will improve it with future DLC.
