10 + 1 rolls of the day. I got more new girls than i expected to be honest, but still no Zombina. At least i got the pointy ears, which was the last game-original girl i wanted.
Another thing i wish they had enough time to implement is usable versions of Rudol, Riado, Elda and Myuu. i really like Elda's design, so not being able to get any sort of care scene for her feels kind of a waste.

Is Promestein responsible for chaos in Paradox? It always starts at Remina, monsters and environment in Tartarus are clearly artificial, and it wouldn't be surprising if Promestein just dug too greedily and too deep in her research.

The chaos starts with Remina, which Promstein has nothing to do with, and she seems to be just as interested in researching the Tartarus's as everyone else with how Lolistein was researching in one and how regular Promstein is/was doing something with the Tartarus in the Gold Region. If they were responsible for it it just seems like they would have better control over it. Promstein may be a mad scientist but she's not a crazy one.

That's the Promesteins we know of. But there are many parallel worlds. There could be an alternate Promestein which accidentally accomplished a great feat of Ruining Everything Forever. Seeing how all other Promesteins we've seen were involved with chaos in some way, it looks probable.

Mary's special in that you can turn off her trait, its unnecessary when she already has 100% crit from divine fist rosary when clearing the chaos labyrinth and doubly unnecessary when fighting bosses if you're doing your buff rotations with inner focused mind. Sure I could run ribbon on her to remove the negative status effects so she can have her abilities trigger twice while drunk but losing control at a critical moment doesn't make for a good time

Since you seem to know your stuff:

Do multiple buffs work additive or multiplicative?
Als how exactly does buff stacking work?

For example I'm pretty sure that the atk buffs from Song of Offense (50% Atk/Mag) and Encouraging Dance (50% Atk/Agi) stack.
But what about for example Power Charge and Focused Mind (+100% / +200% Atk). They seem to be basically the same effect in a weaker and stronger form.

I'll help you out with what I know but its not much
I'm not sure if they're additive or multiplicative honestly. I know that song of offense and encouraging dance don't stack, you would still only end up with a +50% increase to attack if you used both. Most self buffs will stack, but I think in the case of inner focused mind and focused mind it won't stack. You can usually tell if buffs will stack if separate icons appear on the status bars of your characters. I'm not 100% sure on all of the buffs that can stack, but I know that Song of Attack, Transform, Inner Focused Mind, Daisy Bell, Sylph/Gnome, Bullseye Song, Song of Energy, the fox geisha song that prevents instant death and probably the harpy evasion song all can stack together, as well as buffs like strength in solitude, will cards, and unyielding fighting spirit (The will cards and strength in solitude WILL continue stacking depending on how many end up incapacitated)
Abilities like Yoma Slayer/Ghost Slayer etc will stack as well on effect + attacks, as well as any elemental damage you have attached to your weapons.
As important as buffing is, in the case of physical attackers debuffing (weakening dance, armor break, curse dance) is important as well

This is one reason I was as specific as I was with my descriptions on the skills. If it's a generic buff like "Attack Up" then that doesn't stack, if they're the ones that just show an up arrow. Meanwhile any that have the skill name as the effect? Those are specific effects, and those do stack with other stuff. You just can't stack two of the same thing together.

Also, all the boosts are multiplicative, so you get an avalanche going eventually.

How can it be that Paradox is so good? I've started playing it recently and it has been one of the most entertaining rpg I played in a long time. There's just too much shit to do, so much content, so much customization that my brain can't hold it all.

I know, right? TT drew inspiration from some of the greatest RPGs like Dragon Quest and put them into an accessible, yet challenging game where the hentai feels like a side attraction rather than the main point of the game.

It took me about 30 hours to complete the main story and I'm sure I'll be putting way more hours into beating the labyrinth and 100%'ing everything
